P	PaRrIsH cLaU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones tienen muy buen tamaño, la gente es muy amable y si la alberca esta fría (calentador solar) tienen opciones del spa. Muy recomendable para descansar y la vista a los viñedos y demás jardín, hermoso! The rooms are very good, people are very friendly and if the pool is cold (solar heater) have spa options. Highly recommended to rest and view the vineyards and other garden, beautiful!

A	Amaury Lepoivre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No estamos para dar reseñas negativas gratis pero literal acabamos de recibir una llamada agresiva por parte del gerente cuando el problema de comunicacion viene de su parte y no aceptan tomar su responsabilidad. Queriamos venir el dia de hoy y marcamos hoy mismo para preguntar de su disponibilidad a las 6pm, de lo cual el gerente quedo de REGRESAR la llamada para confirmar la disponibilidad ya que la persona que podia hacer el servicio tenia un problema personal. Nunca me regresaron la llamada, y hasta las 3:25pm mandé un mensaje de whatsapp para preguntarles y no tuvé ninguna respuesta. Resulta que me marcaron a las 6:25pm para preguntar si tenia atraso para llegar de lo cual dije que estabamos en espera de su confirmacion y que ya habiamos abandonado la idea de ir para el destino por falta de respuesta y confirmacion de su parte. Terminamos la llamada y resulta que me marco nuevamente el gerente para reclamar en lugar de disculpar o encontrar una solucion. Me regaño por no haber entendido que era "obvio" que estaba validada la reservacion cuando él dijo de manera clara y formal que me iba a regresar la llamada para confirmar, lo cual nunca hizo. Asi que lo sentimos mucho pero aunque la prestacion parecia muy atractiva, creo nunca iremos a probarla. We are not free to give negative reviews but literally just received an aggressive call from the manager when the communication problem comes from you and not agree to take responsibility. We wanted to come this day and mark today to inquire about availability at 6pm, which the manager stayed returning the call to confirm availability as the person who could make the service had a personal problem. I never returned the call and until 3:25 pm WhatsApp texted to ask and did not have any answers. It turns out that marked me at 6:25 pm to ask if they had delayed to arrive from which said we were awaiting confirmation and that we had already abandoned the idea of going to the destination due to lack of response and confirmation from you. We ended the call and I happen again under the manager to demand instead of excusing or find a solution. I scolded for not understanding that it was "obvious" that the reservation was validated when he said clearly and formally that I would call back to confirm, which I never did. So sorry but although very attractive seemed benefit, I never go to try it.
