★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and convenient. Big room. We could not use the pool as it was trashed before we arrived, but also made worse by a high wind storm that blew in a lot of tree and yard debris. Was never attended to in 3 nights we stayed. Floors were sandy upon arrival, we asked and they immediately cleaned. I would visit again.

Also, a shop 24/7 is there right on place same as different food locations )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Black Diamond Suite. Gorgeous room! Amazingly comfortable beds, with the kindest, most welcoming staff. Lovely pool area. Quiet. Would love to stay there again. The decor is amazing too; beautiful pieces from Guadalajara, such as lamps and vases makes you feel luxurious and inspired.
They welcome you with champagne and the price is unbeatable! $82 USD per night.
The owner provides services herself. Wonderful to see that she had a vision and was able to execute it. I wish this place all the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just off the beaten path (and reprieve from the bustling Hotel Zone just a few minutes walk away) this small boutique hotel offers very nicely appointed private rooms, comfy outdoor space and pool. A simple but appreciated breakfast of cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Staff is attentive, personable and always helpful.
Definite recommend if you like small private hotels with fewer people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay! Pluto was the best! He made sure we had everything we needed! Close to everything but feels like you're separated from the Cancun hustle. We'd gladly stay again. The room was awesome nice & cool. The bed & pillows could've been better but we enjoyed it all anyways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please first understand that this is a house renovated to be a boutique hotel. Yes, there are no signs out front but I actually really enjoyed the feeling of feeling like I was right at home. Staff was very welcoming! Bi-lingual. Attentive but very hands-off. The property is adult only so quiet enough to relax from all the clubs which is only a walking distance (or bus stop) away. Mentioned it was my bf's birthday on my online reservation, and the staff went the extra mile to make sure he had a cake and balloons in the room when we checked in without me even asking! Room is lacking some amenities as compared to big box hotels BUT they make up for it with service, peace and serenity. Worth the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. Not only we came in and they had no towels and we had a dirty room. They only gave us one towel to share. Then try to charge us $20 (400 peasos) for a dirty towel the next day. Of course we refused, and return they refused to let us leave until we had to call the police. All in all, they are very rude and not professional and need to take a business class and improve the social skills. Strongly recommend everyone to stay away.
