La habitación triple no funcionaba el cerrojo de la puerta del baño, y era una habitación por demás caliente, donde el ventilador de piso que tiene no es suficiente Los muros de tabla roca hacen que todos los ruidos incluso el de la televisión sean audibles en las habitaciones colindantes. Lo más rescatable fué la chica de recepción de la mañana, atenta, y amable. We used two rooms, one single and one triple, they gave us a single room with a dirty bathroom, there were traces of plaster and silicone on the floor, when we notified them they only said that the plumber had been there. The triple room did not work the lock on the bathroom door, and it was a very hot room, where the floor fan it has is not enough The drywall walls make all noises, including the television, audible in adjoining rooms. The most redeemable was the girl at the reception in the morning, attentive and friendly.

Los materiales de construcción y mobiliario dan la impresión de ser de baja calidad. No nos gustó que algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas. El acceso es estrecho y consiste en unas escaleras empinadas. El servicio aunque amable, es algo mediocre, pues pocas veces encontramos quién nos atendiera. Nuestro grupo reservó por necesidad en dos hoteles distintos, ambos en la misma zona de Arandas: el otro hotel mucho mejor en cuanto a espacio, limpieza e instalaciones... y más barato que este. The hotel is visually beautiful. It is generally comfortable. Common areas are very narrow and feel crowded. Construction materials and furniture give the impression of being of low quality. We didn't like that some rooms don't have windows. Access is narrow and consists of steep stairs. The service, although friendly, is somewhat mediocre, since we rarely found someone to attend to us. Our group booked out of necessity at two different hotels, both in the same area of Arandas: the other hotel much better in terms of space, cleanliness and facilities... and cheaper than this one.
