Desafortunadamente nos atendieron de mala gana, nos dijeron de mala forma que no podíamos estar sacando y metiendo el carro y que la entrada era a las 3 pm, eso ya lo sabíamos simplemente queríamos confirmar. El punto es que parece que nos estaban regalando el servicio. Decidimos cancelar y mejor nos hospedamos en otro hotel.
We arrived at 11 am and went to confirm the reservation. Unfortunately, they reluctantly attended us, they told us in a bad way that we could not be taking the car in and out and that the entrance was at 3 pm, we already knew that, we simply wanted to confirm. The point is that it seems that they were giving us the service. We decided to cancel and better stay in another hotel.

A nice place to be, close to the lake area. The place is very well kept and presentable, the rooms are just the right size and there are plenty of common areas to enjoy.

Very well maintained hotel, comfortable rooms although somewhat small. I really liked the hot water pool and the attention of its staff. The recommendations for restaurants and tours were also very successful.
