★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bonito, la terraza super padre pero nos dieron un cuarto en el primer piso a lado de alguna tipo de lavandería y empieza el ruido a las 5 de la mañana, sacan agua, abren y cierran, etc.
 It is very nice, the terrace is super cool, but they gave us a room on the first floor next to some kind of laundry and the noise starts at 5 in the morning, they draw water, open and close, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen hotel, el tamaño de las habitaciones es perfecto, el problema es el Internet y el cable, me tuve que retirar por que era indispensable el Internet, si solucionan este problema seria una excelente opción. Tiene a un costado un oxxo, tiene área de computadora y restaurante.
Incluye desayuno continental y la habitación tiene frigobar y aire acondicionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones limpias, sólo que hicimos una extensión para un día más, obvio la pagamos, pero nunca nos realizaron el aseo, y no nos iban a dar toallas limpias, según por ser fin de semana, no había servicio de lavandería, en una de las cabeceras de las camas, había algo muy sospechoso, parecido a las chinches, la alberca muy sucia, de los 3 días que estuvimos nunca vimos que la limpiaran, fuimos a un evento al auditorio citibanamex, así que fue la mejor opción, queda muy cerca, cuenta con desayuno continental muy aceptable, en general bien, si sólo será por pocos días, sobretodo la atención de Abril y Bernardo, porque el guardia de noche era muy hosco. Creo el precio es adecuado. Tal vez regresemos.
The rooms were clean, only that we made an extension for one more day, obviously we paid for it, but they never cleaned us, and they were not going to give us clean towels, depending on being the weekend, there was no laundry service, in one of the headboards of the beds, there was something very suspicious, similar to bedbugs, the pool was very dirty, of the 3 days we stayed we never saw it cleaned, we went to an event at the citibanamex auditorium, so it was the best option, it is very nearby, it has a very acceptable continental breakfast, generally good, if it will only be for a few days, especially April and Bernardo's attention, because the night guard was very surly. I think the price is adequate. Maybe we'll come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me a gusto mucho la estancia, son muy amables y la habitación que tuvimos no tenía ventanas pero era muy espaciosa y limpia, faltan algunos detalles como en las paredes o la terraza pero es un buen lugar para quedarse.
El desayuno es continental (pan, fruta,jugo y café) con muy ricos panes y buenos ingredientes, las frutas frescas y el café riquísimo.
Lo único malo es la ubicación, los alrededores no son muy agradables no es para salir a pasear pero está en una zona con salidas rápidas.
I really liked the stay, they are very friendly and the room we had had no windows but it was very spacious and clean, some details are missing such as the walls or the terrace but it is a good place to stay.
Breakfast is continental (bread, fruit, juice and coffee) with very rich breads and good ingredients, fresh fruits and delicious coffee.
The only bad thing is the location, the surroundings are not very nice, it is not for going out for a walk but it is in an area with quick exits.
