The exteriors of the hotel are very beautiful, it is a quiet place, away from the crowds and you really enjoy the tranquility of the beach and the climate, the gardens and pools are comfortable and very enjoyable. If you go with your dog it is also a very good option because they can enjoy the open spaces of the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a turtle refuge and in December-January you see baby turtles arriving in the ocean <3. It is a hotel with a lot of potential but they lack a lot in their service. To begin with, neither the location nor the booking contact correspond to the hotel; They never answered my emails and the number I'm not sure of who it is, he works at the hotel but is not from the place, they gave me another number that according to the place where I got the real location sent to me but right now I want to follow up with me invoice (because they have not given it to me) no longer answer, the equipment of that number is off. The rooms that are not the main ones are fine but if you miss the television at night, they are very spacious but the whole stay we had problems with the air conditioning, the water in the shower went out and also the hot water (it is assumed that the hotel has a concept of rest but it does not help at all having to always ask that things be turned on to have hot water or air conditioning), in the room that we touched, there was no wifi and the cleaning was passable but they left us dirty towels or not They collected everything, they never gave us clean towels and we always had to go ask for towels because they left us without them. Complementing all the details of the room is the service, the people are very friendly but you had to ask them more than 2 or 3 times for things, they always forgot or did not do it, it is super exasperating because it was with each thing, in the room and restaurant; We had to be behind them for them to do it, our room had facilities for a hammock and they never gave me one and I asked for it more than 5 times. The restaurant was another dilemma, there were things that were delicious or passable and others the presentation or quality gave a lot to be desired, we asked for things and they did not arrive or they did not bring what was not, they also duplicated the order a couple of times, they took a long time and if there were more 3 months ago forget it, it was turning into chaos. The restaurant also serves the palapas area of ​​the beach and pool, but if the tables are relaxing, now imagine the others that are further away. In my opinion, the boys tried to do it and gave it a lot but not enough for an excellent quality or that it was worth the price-quality prices, of the food and drinks if it is not worth its price and the service I do not know if only us I play so many complications but hey, if you are not very focused on the service or you carry a lot of things from the outside and you go with your dog, the Hotel is fine, especially the outdoor facilities, the good thing is that they let you put the food and drink you want then you can save meals. If you have a car much better because as it is far from everything you only have a small shop nearby, you do not walk to the rest, we try.

I will do an honest review. The place is very quiet and the hotel is clean and in good general condition, unfortunately there are very few staff attending, which makes for a poor service, not because of the attitude of the employees, which is very good, but because it shows that they do not want to hire more staff, just to mention something, the food service is very long, sometimes more than an hour of waiting for a simple breakfast (eggs). In addition, the food menu is very limited and at night they no longer sell you anything. I think the service is not worth paying what they charge, however; with at least twice as many employees as they currently have, the experience would be great. Hopefully it will happen, without a doubt they will do better, because the competition in the zone seems to be increasing.

The place is beautiful and very quiet, the only thing is that you cannot enter the sea. Because it is open sea but there are hammocks for contemplation as well as the sunset, however, if you have a heated pool so you don't die of heat.
