★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cama es cómoda, la habitación que me tocó estaba limpia, amables en recepción, sin embargo si te quedas en las habitaciones que están a la vuelta de recepción, mano derecha, habitaciones 10,11... No podrás dormir hasta tarde (en caso de haberte desvelado)
Los carros que pasan con la música se escuchan en la habitación, las motos... Ah y las mucamas platican desde muy temprano, todo se escucha.
Solo por eso, que para mi es importante el descanso, doy 3 estrellas.
The bed is comfortable, the room that I got was clean, friendly at reception, however if you stay in the rooms that are around the corner from reception, on the right hand side, rooms 10.11 ... You will not be able to sleep late (in case of having kept awake)
The cars that pass with the music can be heard in the room, the motorcycles ... Oh and the maids talk very early, everything is heard.
For that reason alone, rest is important to me, I give 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel muy bonito y limpio; la alberca sucia; no la usamos y era lo que mencionaron que estaría disponible ya que el Spa y el restaurante no están funcionando.
Todo el personal muy amable y atento; en especial la joven que está en la recepción por la tarde.
A very nice and clean hotel; the dirty pool; we did not use it and it was what they mentioned that it would be available since the Spa and the restaurant are not working.
All staff very friendly and attentive; especially the young lady who is at the reception in the afternoon.
