PEROOOO... pésimo servicio de administrador, estuve el 31 de diciembre de 2019, hice un deposito para mi reserva y al salir me quedaban a favor 520 pesos, me dijeron que como no estaba el contador o encargado de eso pues no podían hacerme la devolución al momento, pero que sin falta al dia siguiente lo harían... no lo hicieron!!!!.. mande varias cartas pidiendo mi devolución, hable con varias personas y que según me harían el deposito a la brevedad, puro cuento!!!!.. estamos a 22 de julio del 2021 y ni un correo, ni una llamada.. ni un "usted disculpe".. por mi parte no regreso ni lo recomiendo!!!! very nice place, excellent facilities, and good service .... PEROOOO ... terrible administrator service, I was on December 31, 2019, I made a deposit for my reservation and when I left I had 520 pesos in favor, they told me that As the accountant or person in charge of that was not there, they could not make me the refund at the moment, but without fail the next day they would do it ... they did not !!!! .. I sent several letters asking for my return, I spoke with several people and that according to they would make the deposit to me as soon as possible, pure story !!!! .. we are on July 22, 2021 and not an email, not a call .. not a "you excuse me" .. for my part I do not return or I recommend it!!!!

E	Efren Tamayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito y céntrico hotel con estacionamiento, un gran área verde, alberca, habitaciones limpias muy bien diseñadas y confortables y lo más destacable la extraordinaria calidad en el servicio de cada uno de las personas que trabajan y administran ese lugar, recomiendo ampliamente Very nice and central hotel with parking, a large green area, swimming pool, clean, well-designed and comfortable rooms and the most remarkable thing is the extraordinary quality of service from each of the people who work and manage that place, I highly recommend
D	Diego (tote) Tesillos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que lo de Boutique esta demás, es un lugar con pocas habitaciones, cómodo pero carente de Servicios y actividades, si cuenta con alberca pero esta no es funcional, parece más una pileta que una alberca pero es muy accesible y con buena ubicación I think that the Boutique is too much, it is a place with few rooms, comfortable but lacking in services and activities, it does have a pool but it is not functional, it looks more like a pool than a pool but it is very accessible and with a good location

Because of covid you have to eat offsite....that is not a problem el centro is a nice 5 mintue walk with many restaurants. Also in the morning the person in charge made me coffee! If you need anything they will happily get it for you....more towels, shampoo etc. I would stay here again!
