The hotel is close to the centre. The rooms are luxurious and clean. The pool is really nice to cool off.

Nice hotel but incredibly unfriendly staff and ridiculous policies (no early checkin even if room is ready, no water provided and not allowed to use water cooler, seem to have to ask to have your room cleaned, booking requests / preferences ignored) make it all really disappointing overall. Better options elsewhere

Very well located, the whole place has a light feeling. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is clean, whater pressure is great! Personnel is attentive and you have private parking.

Absolutely beautiful, airy hotel. It’s exactly like in the pics, curtains billowing in the wind as you enter, tall ceilings in bedrooms, big bedrooms (I peeked in a few), very comfortable beds and nice sheets. It’s all very tastefully decorated, with a very artistic and cozy swimming pool. Quite elegant and refined, yet affordable, at least when I went. They had a special sale of 650 pesos if booked directly and paid in cash. Very friendly staff. It manages to feel very low key and unpretentious in spite of looking so nice and elegant. Small details like warm, yellow lighting and nice light bulbs and lighting fixtures (in contrast to the cold, white lights at every other affordable hotel I stayed in Mexico) and wifi that was the fastest and most reliable during my whole stay in Mexico. That was very important to me as I’m working remotely (in fact I switched to this hotel from a diff one in Merida bc of the fast internet and 24 hr hot water here). I stayed here for over a week and canceled plans to travel to another city bc this hotel also felt cozy, and like home. One thing I missed was a fridge (I’d be willing to pay extra for this, it’s nice to keep cold water and fruit in fridge when staying longer, esp as I’m traveling as a solo mom with a 1.5 year old toddler) and a window screen (I prefer night breeze over ac), but considering the price and how absolutely lovely this hotel was in so many ways… it would not be fair to subtract a star for this.

It'll do for a place to just sleep. The room was nothing special; no refrigerator, no bottles of water, no chair. The shower had some mold in the corners. The towel rod was off the wall laying in the shower. There were no bath towels in the room upon check in. I'll not be staying there again.

Rooms were spacious, clean, fffordable, comfortable, and were very helpful when wanting to stay an extra night. Good location too!

Overall, recommended. It is clean and comfortable with reasonable price +: The hotel itself looks really good, two courtyards, pool and all the environment. I arrived very late so could not enjoy the pool though. The person in the reception was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Overall, the price that you pay it is very good. -: The smell. The room needs to be ventilated as it smells very badly. I guess it is kept sealed from outside heat and gets that bad smell or just that it is old. The shower was not that good, but it is so common in Mexico that showers are always old. No refrigerator, no bottles of water.
