SIN EMBARGO, la atención casi al final de la estancia era lo más cortante e inaceptable para un cliente que viene a gastar $2,200 la noche MÁS EL CONSUMO (tomando en cuenta un fin de semana entero). Lamentablemente alguien como el dueño que sin duda alguna es alguien con valores y educación no está enterado de esto. Pero el capitán de meseros que nos atendió, apodado CHINO, al final nos empezó a gritar diciéndonos que estábamos tomando de más, como si nos hubiera salido GRATIS, solo porque en su página decía que por 3 personas en cuarto se cobran $2,200 la noche y al final decidieron cobrar $500 extra porque llego 2 horas después. Al momento de reclamar ese extra, la señorita de la recepción se levantó de su silla enojada a quererse poner al tu por tu, mientas yo estaba sentado haciendo un una simple objeción sobre el costo extra. Poniéndonos como excusa que se puso mal de la presión, cuando ella solita sin realizar ningún tipo de insulto o exaltación tomó esa actitud majadera. Las actividades externas de un cliente no deben ser un asunto para ellos. Jamás hicimos desastre ni tuburio que merezca tal grito. SOMOS ADULTOS CON EDUCACIÓN CARAY. Un lugar tan bonito y cómodo no merece esta atención en este tipo de situaciones. REPITO, Somos adultos en busca de un rato de convivencia y pasa tiempo familiar. Lamentablemente su personal no es adecuado en situaciones de servicio. The place is very nice, the food is good. Tiene restaurante con muy bien sazón. Very nice hotel. It is small but the facilities are amazing. The pool is heated. It has two good size hot tubs. It has a restaurant with very good seasoning.
