K	Karla Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedamos aquí de 2-3 por año y siempre estaba todo perfecto sin queja alguna; en esta ocasión nos decepcionó mucho la habitación, subieron precios, nos la entregaron sucia tenía cabellos en el suelo la regadera también, cambiaron los jabones a rosa Venus, las almohadas feas, los controles de la tv no servían, en la regadera salía poca agua, en fin parece calidad de motel de paso. Y no pretendo que por $1,000 pesos sea de lujo pero yo que me he estado hospedando ahí los últimos 4 años puedo decir que están descuidando mucho el mantenimiento de lo que era esta “joyita cerca de Chachalacas”. We stay here 2-3 a year and it was always perfect with no complaints whatsoever; This time we were very disappointed with the room, they raised prices, they delivered it dirty, had hair on the floor, the shower too, they changed the soaps to Venus pink, the ugly pillows, the TV controls did not work, the shower had little water In short it seems motel quality in passing. And I do not pretend that for $ 1,000 pesos it is luxury but I who have been staying there for the last 4 years can say that they are neglecting the maintenance of what was this "little gem near Chachalacas".
A	Axter Elizalde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pareciera ser un hotel boutique, los precios son elevados por el echo de llamarse boutique, cerca hay una gasolinería y un Oxxo que son muy convenientes, igual hay comida en los alrededores. La zona de la alberca es muy agradable pero baños y regadera de allí mismo no sirve o están en mantenimiento , parecen olvidados. El jardín está muy bonito, el pasto impecable. It does not seem to be a boutique hotel, the prices are high for being called a boutique, nearby there is a gas station and an Oxxo that are very convenient, there is still food in the surroundings. The pool area is very nice but the bathrooms and shower on site are not working or are undergoing maintenance, they seem forgotten. The garden is very beautiful, the grass is impeccable.

El único detalle es en las habitaciones están muy poco ventiladas. It fulfills what they promise, the service at reception and attention is incredible, attentive to the needs of the clients. La señora de recepción fue muy amable y estaba al pendiente de lo que necesitaba. La persona que limpia las habitaciones se esfuerza en la limpieza y también realizo detalles bonitos con las Toallas. Todo muy bien ?. La ubicación fue buena y me ayudo en no quedar atrapada en el tráfico para ir a chachalacas. Podía moverme sin ningún problema. I liked the hotel. Although the rooms felt very little space. The bathroom is spacious. It has air conditioning and the pool is Semi Olympic. The lady at the reception was very kind and was attentive to what I needed. The person who cleans the rooms makes an effort to clean and also makes nice details with the Towels. All very well ?. The location was good and it helped me not to get stuck in the traffic to go to chachalacas. I could move without any problem.
