Clean and nice place. They do not have service because they are few and the street is under construction. But I'm sure it will improve once the street issue is fixed.

The location now was difficult to find since the street where it is located is under repair and we were not notified of that, it took us a while to find it. We arrived and the attention was very good and fast. They gave us the key to the room and if the hotel is nice, getting to the room everything was fine until we decided to turn on the air because it was so hot and it didn't work at 100 and the bathroom didn't even say... it was very clean but The big problem is that it was not pulled and when removing the lid to do it manually, all the water in the tank began to spill onto the floor and we flooded the bathroom. They told us to leave the key so they could fix it and we arrived much later and realized that they hadn't fixed anything, the bathroom was flooded because now it wouldn't stop pouring water and every time we went there was pressured water. At the time of taking a shower, as there is no shower curtain or door, everything came out and we flooded EVEN MORE and absolutely everything got wet. We are about to go to sleep at the time of undressing the bed, oh surprise! the sheets were stained with blood! It was 3.30 AM when we found out and we couldn't do anything because the staff were no longer available. we had to cover it to be able to sleep.
