★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again, what do you want from a hotel? I like pools, this place doesn't have one but it did have a bar. The restaurant food wasn't what I would consider good. There are plenty of places that have good food that I wouldn't spend the night at. But i spent the night here. That says something.

I said politely Buenos noche. 3 members of staff just stared at me. I then asked in Spanish “do you speak English” just silence and blank stares. I then asked again in English to which a lady replied yes. She then proceeds to talk to me only in Spanish. This hotel is old and tired. But well kept. The area around the hotel is polluted by 24 hour traffic and it’s truly awful -late at night it’s far worse. Less than a minute walk there are homeless people sleeping rough and drunks.
The room has failed at any attempt to looking modern or contemporary by going cheap. No hot water. No ac no fan. $920 which is double the price of any hotel on this street. Airbnb it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stolen from inside the room I was staying in at the hotel. The staff went inside my room while I was gone and they stole my cash money and jewelry. The safe box did not work! Staff is very unprofessional and the area is very dangerous. Please look around for a different hotel... for your own safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was comfortable and the place did not smell like bug spray. For the price the place looked nice and you definitely get what you're paying for. They do have room service from 7 a.m. to ll p.m. and the food was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The evening before we left the hotel a guy of the service "invited" us for a shot of tequila. Because we were family for him. As we drank our 2 tequila shots he left and we had to pay our tequilas. That wasn't so cool. The breakfast is okay. Not more. The people who work there aren't that motivated.
