Sin embargo el lugar está limpio. Pero insisto PESIMA ATENCION AL HUESPED. Nunca me había ido de ningún lugar sin dejar la respectiva propina hasta que conocí Brenda Maria.
I value the service very much and HERE AT NO TIME THEY TREATED ME KINDLY, they don't even know how to say good morning, PURE BITTER PEOPLE CARE I don't know what they believe. However the place is clean. But I insist PASSIONATE ATTENTION TO THE GUEST. I had never left anywhere without leaving a tip until I met Brenda Maria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody on here saying the place is clean is incorrect. I stayed in rooms 11 and 5. Here is the facts. Dirty sheets. Terrible WiFi. Room 11 broken fan (paid extra for that). One Tv channel with broken signal. Family ran business and they don’t want to give you the time of day. No “thank you, or have a nice day”. One day the owner asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I said no, they went in anyways. After that they never offered to clean again. Do I have to ask now? It was funny to me how bad this place is ran. Location is central but try another hotel if you are in Calkini. Place is gross.
