d	diego contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons Wifi never worked. Called reception many times and they told me that wifi was always like that. Building and rooms and in bad shape. Very worn out. They pretend to be a high standard hotel but they are not such thing. Maybe 50 years ago when it was new. Funny smell in the room, maybe from the old carpet. No ventilation. No possibility to open the window. Walls very thin and very noisy. You can even hear people talking in the other rooms. We had problems with the lock of the door. Furniture very old and worn out. No potable water from the sink. Overpriced for what you get. Pros Staff in reception was very helpful and kind. Most of all, Alexandra. They were able to keep our luggage for four days as we were coming back there. Location is great and there is a market nearby when you can eat good food for a very cheap price.

J	Jose Javier Marsal Gil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good value for money. It has the new and old wing. Restaurant in house ok. Very good location and a lot of restaurants nearby. Clean and well kept but hotel is over 30 o 40 years old. They have parking. Small gym.

M	Marco Yepez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty concerning issue that I mentioned to management and they were not able to resolve it. TV Didn't work The Internet didn't work for 4 days. Keys for the room needed to be reactivated every time you used them Elevators took forever to arrive. I chose to use the stairs. One of the elevators wouldn't go up unless you pushed the door fully in so it could then close and go up. The staff was very nice and polite, but as far as accommodations go, I would rather spend a bit more, and be comfortable, and feel secure.
