No creía que ya habiamos pagado y entiendo que hay que mostrar comprobante pero su modo de pedirlo hizo sentir como si estuvieramos mintiendo. El servicio de recepción definitivamente podría mejorar y no había agua caliente en la ducha. Las paredes de la habitación estaban muy sucias. Lo unico bueno, la ubicación. The receptionist greeted us with the news that we had to pay more than what was published on expedia. I didn't think we had already paid and I understand that you have to show proof but the way you asked for it made me feel like we were lying. Front desk service could definitely improve and there was no hot water in the shower. The walls of the room were very dirty. The only good thing is the location.
r	rafael desales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención. El personal es amable. No cuenta con estacionamiento pero le dan oportunidad de dejar el auto enfrente de la puerta de acceso. Hay cámaras de vigilancia y eso da confianza. Las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas. Cumplen el propósito de poder descansar en ellas. No esperen lujos. Es apto para pasar la noche e incluso un fin de semana sin problema alguno. Puntos de mejora al menos en la habitación que me asignaron: 1) deberían poner una cortina en el baño para que el agua no salpique la ropa que uno coloca sobre la taza debido a la falta de espacio. 2) Mejorar el abastecimiento de agua porque una mañana nos hizo falta. Excellent atention. The staff is friendly. It does not have parking but they give you the opportunity to leave the car in front of the access door. There are surveillance cameras and that gives confidence. The rooms are clean and tidy. They fulfill the purpose of being able to rest in them. Don't expect luxury. It is suitable for spending the night and even a weekend without any problem. Points for improvement at least in the room assigned to me: 1) they should put a curtain in the bathroom so that the water does not splash on the clothes that one places on the toilet due to lack of space. 2) Improve the water supply because one morning we needed it.
