★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... La verdad no lo recomiendo en absoluto, desde que llegamos no hay buen servicio por parte de recepción, en cuestión del desayuno no es lo esperado, y el que te atiende es muy déspota, además no había café ? y la fruta sin sabor, muy mal servicio...

El desayuno deja mucho desear no había café... La fruta viene con todo y cáscara.. en general desde que dejó de ser de city express bajo mucho la calidad...

La única área de oportunidad que yo veo es analizar opciones de climatización de la ALBERCA pues está helada; de los 4 grupos de personas que habia afuera conmigo nadie pudo hacer uso de este servicio que es principal atractivo de este hotel, incluyéndome.
The hotel very well, the clean bedrooms feel hygiene, comfortable mattresses.
The only area of opportunity that I see is to analyze air conditioning options for the POOL because it is frozen; Of the 4 groups of people who were outside with me, no one was able to use this service, which is the main attraction of this hotel, including me.

El desayuno muy bien, el café muy rico.
El sábado no nos dejaron usar la alberca porque tenían un evento. Debe de considerar esa política. Lo único es que si me dejaron salir más tarde el domingo. Por no poder usar la alberca el sábado.
They should heat the pool, it was freezing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y trato del personal, desayuno sencillo pero rico. Hermosa área verde con 3 palapas y alberca. Buena señal de Internet en las habitaciones. Se ubica sobre entrada (Carretera) de Atlixco, a 10-13 min del centro en carro particular.
Excellent service and treatment of the staff, simple but rich breakfast. Beautiful green area with 3 palapas and pool. Good internet signal in the rooms. It is located on the entrance (highway) of Atlixco, 10-13 minutes from downtown by private car.
