★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para llegar muy complicado, la atención desde que llegas no es buena, ya que nadie del personal te ayuda, para poder reservar tardan muchísimo en contestar,tiene muchas plantas con espinas sin podar lo cual lo hace peligroso, todas las sillas del comedor están flojas a punto de romperse,el agua de la alberca helada y como está en alto hace mucho aire, así que no es recomendable la alberca,te quieren cobrar por todo y CARO si pides algo tardan mucho, la atención muy mala, empezando por el encargado,las habitaciones muy sencillas,no le ponen ni siquiera un llavero a las llaves, tienen agua anegada , enlamada y huele mal en unos estanques en general no me gustó y se me hizo muy caro, así que no volvería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy descuidado, lo habíamos visitado varias veces antes y ha decaído muchísimo, tenía antes fuentes con peces y flores de loto hoy es pura agua anegada obvio ya sin peces, a pesar de ser primavera todas las áreas verdes muy descuidadas, el servicio y la atención del encargado pésima, ahora te quieren cobrar por todo y muy caro, me voy decepcionada ya que ERA un lindo y agradable lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, El lugar es sumamente pequeño, el área de alberca no tiene ni siquiera donde sentarte, el agua está HELADA a pesar de ser primavera, la “vista” ahora es una construcción en la qué hay gente trabajando, la parte de abajo está llena de basura, tienen “fuentes” con agua podrida. Y ni hablar del servicio, la gente que atiende parece estar de malas todo el tiempo, hacen comentarios y “bromas” de MAL GUSTO de los huéspedes, tardan una eternidad en atenderte y además lo hacen de mala gana, en algunos productos los precios son excesivos, JAMÁS VOLVERÍA!! En relación calidad precio, queda a deber muchísimo!
AWFUL SERVICE, The place is extremely small, the pool area does not even have a place to sit, the water is COLD even though it is spring, the "view" is now a construction in which there are people working, the lower part is full of garbage, they have "fountains" with rotten water. And not to mention the service, the people who attend seem to be in a bad mood all the time, they make comments and "jokes" of BAD TASTE of the guests, they take forever to attend to you and also do it reluctantly, in some products the prices are Excessive, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!! In relation quality price, it remains to owe a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy descuidado, por el precio no vale para nada la pena. Las habitaciones tenian muchas arañas, no tienen tv y no nos quisiero proporcionar mas papel higiénico. Y lo que menos me gusto es el servicio. Desafortunadamente las personas encargadas no entienden que cuando uno asiste a un lugar turístico es para pasarla bien, para desestresarnos y para ser literalmente consentidos.
Algunos de los precios excesivos;
$300 de 4 troncos de leña
$60 hielo (bote de un litro)
It is a very neglected place, for the price it is not worth it at all. The rooms had a lot of spiders, they don't have a tv and they didn't want to provide us with more toilet paper. And what I liked least is the service. Unfortunately, the people in charge do not understand that when you go to a tourist place it is to have a good time, to de-stress and to be literally pampered.
Some of the excessive prices;
$300 for 4 logs of firewood
$60 ice (one liter bottle)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones son sencillas, no tienen tv ni aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador, los cajones de estacionamiento quedan sobre la calle, y el lugar en general es muy pequeño, lo que lo vuelve caro para lo que ofrece.
La estancia incluye desayuno tipo americano, la comida y porción está buena, no tuve la oportunidad de meterme a la alberca, tiene vista panorámica hacia Yautepec.
Hay que llegar por un camino de terracería como de 100 m de largo, nada de que preocuparse.
The place is very nice, simple rooms have no TV or air conditioning, just a fan, the parking spaces are on the street, and the place in general is very small, which makes it expensive for what it offers.
The stay includes American-style breakfast, lunch and portion is good, I had no chance to get me to the pool, has a panoramic view of Yautepec.
It must be reached by a dirt road and 100 m long, nothing to worry about.
