Terrible service, terrible attention, the manager is not even in the hotel, they did not even give me the room, the area is very bad, it is on an avenue and you can hear cars passing by. They don't have a good place if you want to take your pet. The hotel is not recommended at all, do not waste your money.

Habitaciones limpias, agua caliente a toda hora..
Clean rooms, hot water at all times .. very kind but you need to put more staff in restaurant only the chef and the waiter who makes it what you receive and take you to your table, waiter, meso and service to the room And he also charges you.

Terrible lugar.
Terrible place. Badly attended, when we arrived there was NOBODY and literally the hotel was closed and with lights off. We were out for 40 minutes. They don't have a telephone, just a cell phone that they answer whenever they feel like it. It is very poorly located. It's not a 4* hotel at all. I asked to speak to the manager by phone and he never had the courtesy to answer. Don't go unless you want to give your money away.

Clean and comfortable, but room 407 has the light and fan connected, so if you want the fan working you have to sleep with the light on, it's awful. Your coffee, your restaurant very well, excellent treatment. You can ask for a fan to turn off the light.

I was there just last summer, and it was my first time visiting Mexico from New York and its such a wonderful and excellent place. It may be located in a rural area but its in such a tranquility place with so many admirable people which was better because it was way much more easier to rest than a hotel in a more urban place. It was a matter of minutes from attractions such as the ruins. The Hotel had such charming and considering people who were available at any time of the day and night. And always made sure you were comfortable and had a great experience. There was a lot of space, very clean bathrooms, had good room services. And every room has its own wonderful view with its own private balcony.Including the one all the way up in the terrace . Despite the fact that opened not so long ago and its a new buisness it surely knows how to accomodate and welcome a client very good. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's parking is really inconvenient since they ask you to move your car whenever necessary. Also the rooms need AC because they are too hot during the day! They do have a very nice roof patio and the staff is really nice
