★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal en el servicio de facturación ellos la riegan y no te hacen el cambio, marcas al teléfono del hotel y nadie contesta, solicite mi cambio en el momento que vi el error y te salen con pretextos.
Bad in the billing service they water it and they do not make the change, you dial the hotel phone and nobody answers, I asked for my change the moment I saw the error and they come up with excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene agua caliente ni agua de cortesía embotellada, muy bien ubicado aunque por el precio deberían de dar acceso a todos los autos y no nadamas a los de la primer tarifa superior con garaje.
It does not have hot water or complimentary bottled water, very well located although for the price they should give access to all cars and not anything to the first higher rate with garage.

Las señoritas que atienden son muy amables y en general el lugar es agradable.
It has spacious and modern rooms, but in the room that I had the air conditioning seems to be not working well, I had heat almost all night.
The young ladies they serve are very friendly and in general the place is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien pero no lo limpian bien, encontramos un cabello en las sábanas y el lavabo tiene fuga y encharca el piso al igual que el WC, el mosaico del baño tiene sarro. Además el wifi no llega la señal, tuve que usa mis datos
It's fine but they don't clean it well, we found a hair on the sheets and the sink is leaking and puddles the floor as well as the toilet, the bathroom mosaic has tartar. Also the wifi does not reach the signal, I had to use my data
