★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, hable por teléfono para reservar 2 habitaciones y no te pueden dar informes por teléfono que hay que ir en persona para que te den informes no entiendo porque tanta confidencialidad se dicen ser hotel y al solicitar la habitación solo por 6 horas.
Ojalá la gerencia atendiera la mala atención de su personal que hasta te cuelgan
En conclusión a lo que entendí del personal que me dio la información si vienes de viaje de negocios o vacaciones por esa zona no te quedes ahí que la habitación te la dan por 6 horas y si vienes de otro estado no puedes reservar con anticipación ya que los informes para una habitación normal solo te los darán en persona y no por teléfono
 Very bad attention, talk on the phone to reserve 2 rooms and they can't give you reports by phone that you have to go in person to get reports I don't understand why they claim to be a hotel so much confidentiality and when requesting the room only for 6 hours.
I wish the management would attend to the bad attention of its staff that they even hang up on you
In conclusion, from what I understood from the staff that gave me the information, if you come on a business trip or vacation to that area, do not stay there because the room is given for 6 hours and if you come from another state, you cannot reserve in advance since the reports for a normal room will only be given to you in person and not by phone

La única vez que fui (hace varios años) estaba sucio, cables pelados del teléfono, huella de zapato en el jacuzzi, televisión en base de madera giratoria que se tambaleaba con riesgo de caer al suelo o al jacuzzi; pero se escudan en que tienen "responsabilidad civil". Entramos 9am y a la 1 de la tarde nos llamaron de recepción para desocupar.
Levanté mi queja en PROFECO y me devolvieron el dinero no sin antes decirme de lo que me iba a morir.
Awful. The one time I went (several years ago) it was dirty, bare phone cords, shoe prints in the hot tub, TV on wooden swivel base that wobbled at risk of falling on the floor or into the hot tub; but they hide behind the fact that they have "civil responsibility". We entered at 9am and at 1 in the afternoon they called us from reception to vacate.
I filed my complaint with PROFECO and they returned my money, but not before telling me what I was going to die of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen hotel o motel, que cuenta con estacionamiento, sigue todas las medidas de seguridad e higiene, sus habitaciones son amplias, cuenta con camas comodas, t.v. agua fría y caliente, potro del amor, servicio de restaurante en la habitación, el personal de recepción es atento y educado, su precio de acuerdo a su hubicacion es bueno, entre semana tiene descuentos
A good hotel or motel, which has parking, follows all safety and hygiene measures, its rooms are spacious, it has comfortable beds, t.v. hot and cold water, foal of love, restaurant service in the room, the reception staff is attentive and polite, its price according to its location is good, during the week it has discounts
