Super recomendable Excellent service, the staff has an attentive and friendly treatment with all clients, the rooms are super clean. highly recommended

Lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas, es porque le hace falta tener comida, restaurant, servicio al cuarto. Hay que salir al oxxo. De ahí en fuera, el lugar muy bonito. It is very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious, clean, good attention, the price goes according to the stay. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it needs to have food, restaurant, room service. You have to go out to the oxxo. From then on, the place is very nice.
S	SONYDI didacticos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito, les recomiendo rentar las cabañas con chimenea, porque en la noche hace mucho frío, algunas cabañas tienen una parrilla, pero tú debes llevar tus trastes (sartén, cucharas, platos, ollas, etc) eso fue lo único q no me agradó, ya que los utensilios no te los rentan o prestan en el hotel. Very nice, I recommend renting the cabins with a fireplace, because at night it is very cold, some cabins have a grill, but you must bring your dishes (pan, spoons, plates, pots, etc.) that was the only thing that I did not like , since the utensils are not rented or loaned to you at the hotel.
J	Juan Carlos López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy relajante...su paisaje es natural boscoso...las habitaciones limpias con terminados en madera muy reconfortable...y muy calientitas para soportar el clima frío del lugar ..únicamente pondría más atención a la entrada al lugar ya que es terracería y contraste con lo bonito del hotel como tal... Very relaxing place...its landscape is natural wooded...the rooms are clean with very comfortable wood finishes...and very warm to withstand the cold climate of the place...I would only pay more attention to the entrance to the place since it is dirt road and contrast with the beauty of the hotel as such...
L	Luis Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tranquilo y con habitaciones limpias, es tipo rústico, ideal para pasar un fin de semana sin tanto ruido, la pirámide es de fibra de vidrio, tienen mesas de ping pong y billar, pero el uso de ellas se cobra aparte, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a algunas de sus zonas. Very quiet and with clean rooms, it is rustic, ideal to spend a weekend without so much noise, the pyramid is made of fiberglass, they have ping pong and billiards tables, but the use of them is charged separately, you need a lot of maintenance to some of its areas.

M	Marco Sepulveda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Visiting Mexico from Miami I wanted a place to relax and unwind and I found this Hotel online and my experience could not have been more pleasant. The Cabanas were very nice and clean, I stayed at one of the big ones that even have a convenient small kitchen for me to cook small meals. I was particularly attracted to the Temascales (sweat lodge) which prove to be a reinvigorating experience and the Pyramid where the Temascales are housed is just something amazing that you just would not expect something like this exists honestly. Staff where super friendly and even help me with directions to some additional places to visit near by. Over all this is a place where you can really relax from the stress of the city and and enjoy the tranquility and nature. Make sure you bring plenty of books to read :)
