★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo fui al Restaurante y fue bueno el servicio que a nosotros nos dieron, los alimentos también fueron buenos y los precios dentro del rango de lo mismo en otros restaurantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve que la ADMINISTRACION HA CAMBIADO un PESIMO servicio y atención, las habitaciones no las asean estuve hospedado 3 noches y ni un día las asearon.
El servicio del RESTAURANTE, PESIMO SERVICIO, no cuenta con lo ofertado en la carta así como tardan más de 50 minutos en servir los alimentos.
El SERVICIO DEL BAR , cerrado lo que provoca el tener que salir a la ciudad y arriesgarnos a cualquier contingencia.
He visitando PANTLA en muchas otras ocasiones y la era perfecta.
Lastima que el nuevo personal no entienda el SERVICIO QUE EL TURISTA ESPERA DE ELLOS.
¡¡¡NO VOLVERÉ A HOSPEDARME!!!
It is seen that the ADMINISTRATION HAS CHANGED a TERRIBLE service and attention, the rooms are not cleaned, I stayed 3 nights and they did not clean them one day.
The service of the RESTAURANT, AWFUL SERVICE, does not have what is offered in the menu as well as it takes more than 50 minutes to serve the food.
The BAR SERVICE, closed which causes having to go out into the city and risk any contingency.
I have visited PANTLA on many other occasions and it was perfect.
Too bad that the new staff does not understand the SERVICE THAT THE TOURIST EXPECTS OF THEM.
I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia de la ciudad de México viene seguido a papantla y las veces que se han hospedado no habían tenido problemas, está vez llegaron en la noche de una reunión familiar y no los querían dejar entrar al hotel por qué no habían pagado la otra mitad de la habitación (se pagó el 50% con anticipación) no les dieron toallas secas, no les hicieron la limpieza de ninguna cabaña; fueron 4 cañabas rentadas y ninguna con toallas secas!!! Deberían mejorar su servicio, mi familia no se volverá a hospedar ahí es un hecho.
My family from Mexico City often comes to Papantla and the times they have stayed they have had no problems, this time they arrived on the night of a family reunion and they did not want to let them into the hotel because they had not paid the other half of the room (50% was paid in advance) they were not given dry towels, they were not cleaned in any cabin; there were 4 rented cañabas and none with dry towels!!! They should improve their service, my family will not stay there again, it's a fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinario lugar para descansar o pasear. Las cabañas son muy confortables aunado a las atenciones del personal. Tiene alberca para nadar un buen rato. La comida del restaurante es buena y echa al momento...se tardan un poco pero vale la pena
Extraordinary place to rest or walk. The cabins are very comfortable coupled with the attentions of the staff. It has a pool to swim a good time. The food in the restaurant is good and made at the moment ... it takes a while but it's worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el mejor lugar de la zona, las vistas no tienen igual, la comida deliciosa y a muy buen precio!!!!
Hay cabañas, si te gustan las emociones fuertes ellas son para ti, ya que son voladas y las vistas son hermosas, tienen el encanto de las "casas del árbol"
si no eres de la zona y más si eres de la CDMX, la carretera es un tanto peligrosa ( al menos para mi) ya que son dos carriles y son vueltas sobre vueltas, pero no te preocupes, esto no dura mucho y realmente vale la pena el lugar.

There are cabins, if you like strong emotions they are for you, since they are flown and the views are beautiful, they have the charm of "tree houses"
If you're not from the area and even more so if you're from CDMX, the road is a bit dangerous (at least for me) since there are two lanes and there are turns on turns, but don't worry, this doesn't last long and it's really worth it. pity the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sin embargo el servicio no es nada bueno, demoran mucho en servir la comida, no hay variedad en el menú y los precios de los platillos son elevados y no valen la pena. Las albercas tienen buena estructura sin embargo si van muchas personas es importante llegar antes del medio día, ya que tiene límite dde personas dentro de las instalaciones.
The facilities are very nice, however the service is not good at all, they take a long time to serve the food, there is no variety in the menu and the prices of the dishes are high and not worth it. The pools have a good structure, however if many people go, it is important to arrive before noon, since there is a limit of people inside the facilities.
