Le pongo 2* porque no había agua caliente. Se estuvo llamando a recepción y no había nadie que atendiera. Baje y recepción solita. Y adentro con perros callejeros. Llegó el encargado nocturno después de 20 minutos. Y para que llegara agua caliente se tardó otros 20 minutos.
En el desayuno incluído no está bien especificado que incluye. Termine pagando los desayunos. La alberca nunca estuvo en funcionamiento.
This is a 4 * hotel.
I put 2 * because there was no hot water. Reception was being called and there was no one to answer. Get off and reception alone. And inside with stray dogs. The night attendant arrived after 20 minutes. And it took another 20 minutes for hot water to arrive.
In the included breakfast it is not well specified what it includes. Finish up by paying for the breakfasts. The pool was never in operation.

The rooms very well, also the pool facilities. Only on Fridays is the flea market open and access to the hotel is difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene instalaciones para personas con capacidades diferentes, rampa o elevador, en mi caso, mi papá en silla de ruedas lo subimos cargando y mi mamá caminando pero sufrió para subir. Deberían dejar el primer nivel para estas personas...
It does not have facilities for people with disabilities, ramp or elevator, in my case, my father in a wheelchair we carried it up and my mother walked but she struggled to get up. They should leave the first level for these people...
