La señora es muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias pero los colchones tienes ya los resortes que se sienten. En general todo está bien por precio el único detalle fue ese, hay agua caliente si gustas aunque por clima yo preferí fría
The lady is very friendly, the rooms are spacious but the mattresses already have springs to feel. In general everything is good for the price, the only detail was that, there is hot water if you like, although because of the weather I preferred cold

Very bad service. We decided to stay at this hotel since we went during the holiday season and most of the surrounding hotels were full. We were 2 families, both rooms were on the top floor. We asked the lady who is on the night shift if she could turn on the air conditioning for us and she asked us for 150 pesos to turn it on, we agreed because it was really hot but that is not correct, since that is included in the price of the room. It should be noted that the mattresses are of poor quality and have fleas or so, since you feel a horrible itch all over the body, the bathroom in the room was dirty, they did not even take the time to remove the garbage that the previous guest had left . It is also worth mentioning that because the hotel does not have a parking lot, some undocumented immigrants stole everything of value that was in the car. They also mentioned that the room has a television, which is not the case, it does not have hot water as they mention, it should also be noted that at night there is an infernal noise Without a doubt, terrible service and I do not recommend it.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. They really helped us get the most from our visit to the area.

The rooms are very economic but all night there is noise. Not a very good night rest.

My traveling buddy and I ended up here in our search of a cheap room in Palenque. The room was very clean and nice and only 200 pesos for us both. Upon checking in, I asked an older lady who works there with my limited Spanish if breakfast is included. She said yes and listed items that they serve. I understand more than I can speak and there wasn't any doubt in my mind that she said "si, incluido". In the morning, we went down to the kitchen and ordered whatever they were offering, eggs, hot cakes, coffee and tea. We exchanged a few pleasantries and that was all. After finishing our breakfast, we went up to our room to get our bags and check out. When we returned downstairs, the woman in charge there (different from the one who checked us in) presented us with a bill for 153 pesos! We explained (again, in limited Spanish) that the older lady who checked us in from the night before told us that the breakfast was included and that we're sure this is a mistake. We asked her to call the woman who told us this, she claimed that she couldn't reach her and became very rude and loud that we must pay, and if not that she would call the police. She also locked the front door so that we couln't leave! Mind you, this is a small amount but it was the principle and we felt like if we were native Spanish speakers, no way would this happen. After a lot of back and forth, she informed us the police was on the way! A few minutes later 2 police officers showed up. After explaining our side in a poor way, they of course sided with her and told us that we had to pay or else would be arrested. This went on for a few more minutes as we insisted she call the lady from the other night. She didn't. Two more officers came in and this was getting out of hand, at one point my friend had 1 handcuff around his wrist while I, along with another traveler pleaded with the cops to just let us pay and get out of there. If this was in the states, I would sue this damn hotel for putting us through all that insanity over something that was never supposed to be charged to us in the first place. Travelers, beware! Better yet, avoid this place and the rude staff.

Very clean and pretty with spacious rooms. Close to the centre but in a quiet area. Tours can be booked opposite the hostel. Breakfast not included. Not good for solo travellers.

You get what you pay for here, the room was very well air conditioned, the staff were friendly and the room was adequate. We had ants coming up and down the ceiling but they weren't bothering us so I'm easy. The relaxation and views from the top are pretty damn nice.

Loud. All night, cars, trucks, motorcycles, TV, people talking loudly. Room is clean. Decent wifi. Rooms have large windows looking into the reception area, and lights are on all night, so the rooms are bright. Friendly staff... inexpensive. No good parking. I was able to ride my motorcycle up onto the sidewalk and into the entry, but it wasn't easy. If you can sleep with noise and the lights on, you probably won't mind. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend this place.
