★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel muy familiar, las personas que en el trabajan son muy serviciales. Lo único que no me gustó es que los desayunos comidas y cenas, no estén dentro del hospedaje.
It is a very familiar hotel, the people who work in it are very helpful. The only thing I did not like is that breakfast lunches and dinners are not inside the lodging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hotel y atención de hospedaje con áreas verdes y alberca para disfrutar en familia, de igual forma cuenta con canchas de tenis y rampa para bajar sus lanchas o yates pequeños en caso de contar con uno. Se ubica a un costado del estero que comunica con el río Pantepec (Tuxpan).
Excellent hotel and lodging service with green areas and a pool to enjoy with the family, in the same way it has tennis courts and a ramp to lower your boats or small yachts if you have one. It is located on one side of the estuary that communicates with the Pantepec River (Tuxpan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un bonito lugar, le hace falta mucho por renovar y requiere mantenimiento. No hubo percances ni robo ni ruido.
El personal de mantenimiento, limpieza son super atentos y tratan de ayudar.
Nos tuvimos que cambiar de cuarto pues el AC no funcionaba y el el cuarto nuevo la tele tenía problema pero lo solucionaron.
It is a beautiful place, it needs a lot to renew and requires maintenance. There were no mishaps or theft or noise.
The maintenance, cleaning staff are super attentive and try to help.
We had to change rooms because the AC did not work and the new room the TV had a problem but they solved it.
