★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, estuve 3 noches en este hotel y no ponen papel ni jabón para manos, casi nunca hay agua y cuando les informas al respecto se no hacen nada, jamás cambiaron las sábanas, y para colmo me "desaparecieron" 2 playeras a las cuales les tenia afecto, pues fueron un regalo especial y cuando fui a preguntar a la recepción no me resolvieron nada y solo me ofrecieron una disque disculpa.
Simplemente una nefasta y terrible experiencia.
Sin mencionar el frío pues no hay calefacción de ningún tipo y las Toallas horribles, que por cierto también le desaparecieron una toalla a mi compañero.
Si me quede ahí 3 noches fue por trabajo y necesidad, pero nunca más.
Terrible, I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and they do not put paper or hand soap, there is hardly ever water and when you inform them about it they do nothing, they never changed the sheets, and to top it off, 2 T-shirts to which they I had affection, because they were a special gift and when I went to ask the reception they did not solve anything and only offered me an apology.
Simply a disastrous and terrible experience.
Not to mention the cold because there is no heating of any kind and the horrible towels, which by the way also disappeared a towel from my partner.
If I stayed there 3 nights it was for work and necessity, but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son muy frías, tuvimos que pedir otro cobertor, las toallas están muy gastadas y de diferentes colores lo hace ver muy informal. Fuera de eso está perfecto para descansar aunque en invierno si estaría recomendable un calentador.
The rooms are very cold, we had to ask for another coverlet, the towels are very worn and of different colors makes it look very informal. Outside of that it is perfect to rest although in winter a heater would be recommended.
