★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention thieves!!!!
The architect did a good job what doesn’t mean that the hotel is good as well. During our stay at this hotel we needed to change the Room. So we packed our stuff and left it in the baggage room while we were exploring the city. When we came back our stuff was already brought to our new room but without the money we had stored in one of our bags (we thought it would be safer in the locked baggage room then with us on the street). The receptionist said she is sorry and the manager would call us. It of course never happened!! We didn’t get a call, nor a apology, nor anything! So, consider to take another, safer hotel, or be aware of it that you are going to leave the hotel without your belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great, rooms were clean and very well designed. It’s a cool vibe. Expect it to be noisy at night, but the hotel provides ear plugs to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay, just paid for a day pass to use the pool that comes with drinks and a snack. The pool is nice, not big, see thru at one end. It is in a courtyard with trees, bar and deck, hotel lobby between it and the street, and an open lounge with retro collonial chachkas at the back. A bit pricy maybe but appearently pools are hard to come by especially during the pandemic so.. supply and demand. A couple were doing a fashion photo shoot that added nicely to the ambience, and the modern architecture was interesting in a good way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been a party in the bar since early afternoon. I’m in my room at 9pm Sunday and the room is literally vibrating from the noise. No way you could listen to a movie in your room - let alone get a decent nights sleep. No access to the pool or bar for guests today - another ripoff- I guess we could get in the long line to be admitted to the party.
And as a side note, no hot showers here. The water stays at room temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for my first visit to MXC and it was a great experience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Only wished the sunlight hit the pool better but not a dealbreaker. A very cool hotel and the new boutique that opened there is lovely as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel with interesting design aspects. Be advised though that on weekends, there can be loud and incessant music at the pool, which will be heard in your room. Good party atmosphere, but make sure that’s your thing.
During the week, nice & and relaxed pooltime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a really cool vibe, minimalist & modern, but with a touch of vintage. You see it in some details around the hotel & rooms.
Rooms are the same way, continue the same vibe as the hotel, nothing too fancy, but it was perfect. I want to say it is catered towards younger people, given the decoration and the vibe, but it is really for anyone.
The location is perfect, if your plan is to walk around Colonia Roma or near downtown.
I would definitely stay again & would recommend others to stay.
