Reservamos por la app de OYO y conseguimos un buen descuento, más que reservar por hoteles.com recomiendo hacer la reservación con más de 48 hrs de anticipación para mejor descuento. El hotel está muy céntrico . Everything is very neat and quaint, Ada is very kind and nice! We booked through the OYO app and got a good discount, rather than booking through hotels.com I recommend making the reservation more than 48 hours in advance for a better discount. The hotel is very central.

Hice una reserva y no la respetaron se le mostró la reservación a la señora encargada del negocio y no la reconoció que supuestamente ya habían cancelado trabajar con la plataforma de Booking, pero a mí se me hizo el cargo correspondiente y el negocio me negó el servicio. Qué mal, ojalá le aproveche a la señora. Very bad experience! I made a reservation and they did not respect it, the reservation was shown to the lady in charge of the business and she did not recognize it that supposedly they had already canceled working with the Booking platform, but the corresponding charge was made to me and the business denied me the service . Too bad, I hope the lady takes advantage.

M	Mart Beek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out, scammers, they ask you to pay cash and then charge the same amount on your creditcard. They don't reply on your messages and you will lose your money. It's a very dirty place btw with nog privacy. Your room door is a curtain.

We showed up with our pre-paid reservation and the lady rudely gave us an earful about how they don’t work with booking.com anymore and shooed us away. Made us scramble for hotel room on our first 2 nights. If I could give them 0/5, I would. I should have read other reviews before booking. Will have to try to get my money back from credit card company but lesson learned. Google, pls take this place off of your platform.

I booked using booking.com for a king bed and balcony and on check-in they said we need to pay more cash for the king bed and was asked to take the smallest room with a twin bed. The room offered was a hostel room! When I declined to stay they began to argue that what I paid on booking does not profit them or to pay their cleaning lady and need to pay more money for what I paid on booking.com. For cancellation they said I have to cancel on booking.com and the old lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional! Oyo Hotel Casa Ada have declined my refund with 3 times booking.com agents and also charged an additional cancellation fee for not staying. They kept my money for not staying there and attract people by posting cheap rooms on booking.com and google ! My mistake was not reading the other google reviews as there are other reviewers who have suffered the same fate! Shame on these people and that old hag!
