Excellent service and facilities! The hotel is located in an excellent area, very close to shopping centers, banks and hospitals. All rooms are very well equipped with everything one needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel bonito, pequeño y sencillo, tiene un ambiente hogareño. No se requiere más para pasar las noches que lo necesario como la cama, aire acondicionado, tv y baño. Sólo que el cuarto que me dieron no enfriaba mucho el clima.
It is a nice, small and simple hotel, it has a homely atmosphere. No more is required to spend the nights than what is necessary such as bed, air conditioning, TV and bathroom. Except that the room they gave me was not very cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, la chavita que tienen en recepción no sabe resolver problemas. Nos cancelaron la habitación para rentarla más cara. Pésimo! Todavía quisieron hacer un cobro no autorizado con mi tarjeta y el gerente nunca dió la cara.
Terrible, the girl they have at the reception does not know how to solve problems. They canceled the room to rent it more expensive. Appalling! They still wanted to make an unauthorized charge with my card and the manager never showed his face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Teníamos reservaciones y no se respetaron. La recepcionista no supo resolver el problema. El gerente nunca se presentó. Muy austero para el precio, mala higiene.
Terrible service. We had reservations and they were not honored. The receptionist could not solve the problem. The manager never showed up. Very austere for the price, poor hygiene.
