Terrible service. I made my reservation with an offer that I saw for $ 520 a night. For some reason my card was not charged and when I received the confirmation from Hotels.com it told me to pay the property. I arrived around 9pm and for this, they always have the gate closed. I had to ring the bell for about 5 minutes until a lady came in and told her I had a reservation. It was that he checked I don't know where and he told me that nothing appeared. I showed it to him on his cell phone and he never came near. I had to call the OYO hotel chain and they told me that my reservation was, and to give them a code that they gave me so that the hotel could find my reservation in their system. The lady didn't even want me to give her the code saying that nothing appeared. He told me that all the agency rooms were already reserved and that if I wanted to stay he would let me have it for $ 700. In the end I told him that I only had $ 650 in cash, apart from that it was already night and I couldn't go find another hotel. Almost after 20 minutes they let me pass and the lady told me that it was a deal between us and that I was not going to complain later. I agreed because I was already urged to rest. The reservation was for two people and my boyfriend arrived later. The lady reluctantly told me that the car would stay outside, then the man who I suppose was her husband opened the garage so that she could put it in. The place is very nice and clean, but the treatment is AWFUL. I do not recommend it at all. They seem to be doing you a favor

It is nice but they take time to open, they charge you a fortune if you want to pay with a card and also an additional VAT if you want an invoice. The hot water takes a long time to come out, they left us a soap with hair in the shower of the previous customers, the minisplit did not work and there was a moisture leak in the ceiling ... I personally will not return.

I had never had such an unpleasant experience, we arrived in the afternoon, we occupied 4 rooms, the pool, we never noticed that towels were missing and the next day when we delivered the rooms, they accused us of stealing 2 towels, they wanted $300 for them, and the guy almost reached the hits. We asked them to check the suitcases and they refused, they simply wanted $450.00 because they also blamed us for a broken switch cover. The problem ended when we mentioned PROFECO

Terrible service. They do not have refund policies despite the fact that I mentioned the situation that I suffer from claustrophobia, they did not care and above all they never supported me despite the fact that I only went in and did nothing in the room.
