Pésimo servicio. Hice mi reservación con una oferta que vi de $520 la noche. Por alguna razón no se hizo el cargo en mi tarjeta y cuando me llegó la confirmación de Hoteles.com me decía que pagara al establecimiento. Llegué como a las 9pm y para esto, siempre tienen la reja cerrada. Tuve que tocar el timbre como 5 minutos hasta que se asomó una señora y le dije que tenía una reservación. Fue q checar a no sé dónde y me dijo que no le aparecía nada. Yo se la enseñaba en el celular y jamás se acercó. Tuve que llamar a la cadena de hoteles OYO y me dijeron que sí estaba mi reservación y que les diera un código que me proporcionaron para que el hotel pudiera encontrar mi reserva en su sistema. La señora ni siquiera quiso que le diera el código diciendo que no le aparecía nada. Me dijo que todas las habitaciones para agencias ya estaban reservadas y que si quería quedarme me la dejaba en $700. Al final le dije que sólo llevaba $650 en efectivo, aparte ya era noche y no podía irme a buscar otro hotel. Casi después de 20 minutos me dejaron pasar y la señora me dijo que era un trato entre nosotras y que no fuera a reclamar después. Accedí porque ya me urgía descansar. La reserva era para dos personas y mi novio llegó más tarde. De mala gana la señora me dijo que el carro se quedaba afuera, después el señor que supongo era su esposo abrió el garage para que puediera meterlo. El lugar es muy bonito y limpio, pero el trato PÉSIMO. No lo recomiendo para nada. Parece que te hacen un favor
Terrible service. I made my reservation with an offer that I saw for $ 520 a night. The reservation was for two people and my boyfriend arrived later. The lady reluctantly told me that the car would stay outside, then the man who I suppose was her husband opened the garage so that she could put it in. The place is very nice and clean, but the treatment is AWFUL. I do not recommend it at all. They seem to be doing you a favor

Es lindo pero tardan en abrirte, te cobran adivional si quieres pagar con tarjeta y además otro adicional de iva si quieres factura. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, nos dejaron un jabón con pelos en la regadera de los clientes anteriores, no servía el minisplit y había una filtración de humedad en el techo... yo personalmente no volveré.
It is nice but they take time to open, they charge you a fortune if you want to pay with a card and also an additional VAT if you want an invoice. The hot water takes a long time to come out, they left us a soap with hair in the shower of the previous customers, the minisplit did not work and there was a moisture leak in the ceiling ... I personally will not return.

Un hotel muy cómodo pero las camas son muy chiquitas. Aún así el servicio es muy bueno

Es un hotel chico, tranquilo, reconfortante. Los servicios por el precio están muy bien. El personal es amable. Tienen ventilador, aire acondicionado, cable, wifi. Perfecto para descansar.

Nunca habia tenido una experiencia tan desagradable llegamos en la tarde ocupamos 4 habitaciones la alberca , nunca nos fijamos que faltaban toallas y al dia siguiente al entregar las habitaciones, nos acusaban de robar 2 toallas querian $300 por ellas ,además el tipo casi llega a los golpes. Les pedimos que revisen las maletas y se rehusaron, simplemente querian $ 450.00 porque también nos achacaron una tapa de interruptor ya quebrado .el problema acabo al mencionar PROFECO

Pésimo servicio. No tienen políticas de reembolso pese a que la comenté la situación de la que padezco de claustrofobia no les importo y sobre todo nunca me apoyaron pese que sólo entre y no hice nada en la habitación. No tienen protocolos respecto a dichas políticas. De las cuales tendría que haber y sobre todo esto tendrá que ir directamente a Perfecto. Porque deberían tener políticas y procedimientos para ello. Pésimo servicio.
