Hotel Casa Blanca - 77000 Chetumal

First of all, the price is cheap. Compared to other hotels in the area, you can’t beat it. But you get what you pay for. Our room was ok. Beds were great. Super soft. Bathroom was decent. Ac was old and could use maintenance. My son suffers from allergies and he wouldn’t stop sneezing in the room. The ac air filter could use some cleaning as that’s the only reason my son’s allergies would act up. Parking is first come first served so if they are full you will have to park outside on the street. The location is great. It’s near most places so you can get around quickly. There were several instances where we made requests and the front desk helped us out but not before making a face like it was an inconvenience. We did not appreciate that. This is our second time staying here and we only stayed because a friend told us the place had changed. That was not the case. We probably won’t stay here again. I recommend checking out fiesta inn or city express.

If you dont give your personal information like phone number or email ,so the can spam you with promotions, they will not give you a room, but they dont tell you until you check in.....I left and found something else

Great staff and easy parking but not really wheelchair friendly. My room was ground floor but the bathroom is very small and not suitable for a mobility challenged person. Good price and very clean.

It's at the entrance of Chetumal and nearby many shops. The beds are super comfy. If you reserve online you get a discount. It's cheaper to reserve online than to do it in person. The price is reasonable and fair for the room you get. Around 35 to 40 US.

Very comfortable place to i felt secured there

The desk staff really don’t care about anything. They don’t even acknowledge you if they walk by. Don’t bother to ask them for any information about anything. Be aware that EVERYTHING in this area CLOSES around 5 or 6pm, including most restaurants. It’s a long hike or taxi to get anywhere after dark. But the rooms are clean and the shower works. And it’s convenient to the airport.

The room was well equipped, spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Perfect for our last day in Mexico.
