★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal no deberían de colgarse cuando uno tiene visita, parece mentira pero eso es chantaje aprovechamiento cuando llega visita, deberían de fijarse porque no pueden regresar el dinero lo peor es que el gerente nunca se encuentra Y por supuesto jamás tienen respuesta a lo que uno les pide Y esto no lo platico en balde esto me pasó a mí, y estuve dando vuelta así jamás encontré al gerente posteriormente pides la tarifa de viajero lo que es el fin de semana porque para ellos es una gran perdida son 8 horas lo que te resta la habitación, cuándo deberían de rentar la tarifa de viajero hasta las 12 horas del día siguiente.
Señoras de recepción no están haciendo un favor están haciendo su trabajo y háganlo bien que para eso uno cubre la cuota por favor eso incluye a las toallas para bañarse papel sanitario.

Reception ladies are not doing a favor, they are doing their job and do it well, for that one covers the fee, please, that includes towels for bathing, toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es el mejor, me estoy hospedando aquí y tienen una fiesta al parecer de navidad en la recepción, supongo que son los dueños o empleados. Si vas a hospedar y a brindar un servicio no puedes tener una fiesta con tanto ruido a las 10:30 pm en un hotel. Necesito atención y llevo media hora marcando a recepción la cual no contesta. Pésima limpieza, la cama llena de pelos, el baño tiene muy mal olor desde que llegue. No se hospeden aquí!!
The service is not the best, I am staying here and they have an apparently Christmas party at the reception, I assume they are the owners or employees. If you are going to host and provide a service, you cannot have a party with so much noise at 10:30 pm in a hotel. I need attention and I have been dialing reception for half an hour, which does not answer. Terrible cleaning, the bed full of hair, the bathroom has a very bad smell since I arrived. Do not stay here !!
