★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos extremadamente decepcionados por este hotel por múltiples razones. El hotel esta ubicado a la orilla de la ruta principal, no tiene ningún encanto, al contrario. Apenas, hubo personal para recibirnos y una vez, nos hemos encontrado sin poder entrar, con la puerta principal cerrada (en el medio de la tarde).
Las habitaciones faltan de todo, o mas bien, tienen lo mínimo: una cama, una televisión muy pequeña (¡con máximo 5 canales!), 2 sillas de plástico y una mesa. No hay lámparas de lectura, mesa baja, decoración, etc. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir, no hay ningunas indicaciones de seguridad indicadas (por donde salir en caso de incendio o terremoto, por ejemplo). Además, afuera, unos perros no nos dejaron dormir.
La alberca esta al lado, no en el hotel mismo y es publica (como el gym), con horarios de nado libre muy específicos.
Sabemos que apenas abrieron y creo que faltan mejorar MUCHO sus instalaciones y servicios.
Dudo que los 2 otros comentarios positivos fueron de verdaderos clientes…
We were extremely disappointed in this hotel for multiple reasons. The hotel is located on the edge of the main road, it does not have any charm, on the contrary. There were hardly any staff to greet us and once, we found ourselves unable to enter, with the main door closed (in the middle of the afternoon).
The rooms lack everything, or rather, they have the minimum: a bed, a very small television (with maximum 5 channels!), 2 plastic chairs and a table. There are no reading lamps, coffee table, decoration, etc. The windows cannot be opened, there are no indicated safety indications (where to exit in case of fire or earthquake, for example). Also, outside, some dogs did not let us sleep.
The pool is next door, not in the hotel itself and is public (like the gym), with very specific free swimming hours.
We know that they just opened and I think they need to improve their facilities and services a LOT.
I doubt the 2 other positive comments were from real customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO LUGAR, HICE UNA RESERVACIÓN PAGADA PARA MIS INVITADOS, Y CUANDO LLEGARON LES VOLVIERON A COBRAR, A PESAR DE QUE ELLOS MENCIONARON QUE SE SUPONÍA QUE YA ESTABA PAGADO LA SEÑORA DE RECEPCIÓN QUE LOS ATENDIÓ LES DIJO QUE ELLA NO SABIA NADA, LE DIJE AL SEÑOR CON EL QUE HICE LA RESERVACIÓN Y AHORA NO ME CONTESTA LLAMADAS NI MENSAJES, ES UNA ESTAFA TOTAL CUIDADO
AWFUL PLACE, I MADE A PAID RESERVATION FOR MY GUESTS, AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY CHARGED THEM AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH THEY MENTIONED THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION WHO ATTENDED THEM TOLD THEM THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING, I TOLD THE LORD WITH WHICH I MADE THE RESERVATION AND NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER CALLS OR MESSAGES, IT'S A TOTAL SCAM BEWARE
