The reception is very nice, the rooms are very clean simple and cozy, and the neutral colors give it class, breakfast included lacks variety but is of very good quality, the pool area is very beautiful and the grounds very nice. Overall the hotel has everything it needs to have a pleasant stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Manager acted like she was the owner of the place. How do you yell and kick out guest in front of other guest while in the pool? Unprofessional I even asked the other front counter personnel that I was willing to pay an extra night just to enjoy the pool a few hrs. The manager aka" the Karen" just said leave my hotel. I Grab my stuff gave the nice young lady that was attending us with beers and gave her a $20.00 tip in front of the manager and said we are American and we were just enjoying the hotel we will leave and thank you for letting us stay in this $50.00 night room.
