Very central, very friendly staff. They have no parking. The beds very uncomfortable. The bathroom had no door. they have a lot of potential but they lack many things in the rooms, more like a hostel than a hotel

The best thing about this hotel is the location in the center of the city of Chihuahua and also the personalized attention they give you; the hotel decoration becomes pleasant. The bad, the room does not have a bathroom where you can have enough privacy, besides that it does not have an exhaust fan; in the room there is also no furniture or place where you can put your suitcase or your clothes; the heater in the room is not enough to heat it; the rate we paid included breakfast, however, in the mornings we fought so that they could offer us a decent breakfast and they offered us what they had left in the kitchen (they did not even have honey for the hotcakes that cost more crepes than anything else). The hotel is ideal for a one night stay, no more. The concept of a boutique hotel is not clear to me, what is definitive is that this hotel is not.

But even so, as I say what I wanted was to rest and being the only guest, I couldn't do it, because they have very tall bamboo plants and with the wind, they hit a window on the upper floor making a lot of noise. And if there was something missing, the next day I get up at 4:30 am to bathe and it turns out that there is no water, I go to reception and they tell me that they did not have water tanks and they only supplied themselves from the network, and at that time there was no water . I had to get water from the toilet tank, to wash my face and go to the airport, where I was finally able to wash my mouth and rest before the flight. The truth is one of the worst hosting experiences I have ever had. The only good thing, the kindness of the reception guy.
