★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lugar. Entramos a la cocina y nos encontramos con cientos de cucarachas, cosa que movíamos, cosa de donde salía una cucaracha. Las sábanas del cuarto estaban sucias, una tenía una mancha enorme y la otra tenía manchas de sangre. No hay agua caliente y en la regaderas había hongos. Le doy una estrella porque no tengo la opción de poner 0.
Terrible place. We entered the kitchen and we found hundreds of cockroaches, something that we moved, something from which a cockroach came out. The sheets in the room were dirty, one had a huge stain on it and the other had blood stains on it. There is no hot water and there were mushrooms in the showers. I give it one star because I don't have the option to put 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegimos este hotel porque es pet friendly. Hay un costo extra por mascota lo cual sería razonable si el servicio fuera de calidad pero parece que cobran extra para dar las peores habitaciones. La dos habitaciones entre las que pudimos escoger estaban encerradas, el baño sin ventilación y con muchos problemas de presentación, limpieza y comodidad.
En la que al final escogimos, las camas eran incómodas en una había una mancha y en otra una quemadura de cigarro y un sillón todo manchado. Se escucha mucho ruido de habitaciones superiores y del pasillo por donde entran los huéspedes. Entre el ruido del drenaje, pasos, muebles y voces es muy difícil conciliar el sueño. En el baño el agua salía con tierra y la de la regadera con óxido y no hay agua caliente.
La verdad, por el precio de más de 1000 pesos que cobran, mejor buscar otra opción.
We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. There is an extra cost per pet which would be reasonable if the service was of quality but it seems that they charge extra to give the worst rooms. The two rooms that we could choose from were closed, the bathroom without ventilation and with many problems of presentation, cleanliness and comfort.
In the one that we finally chose, the beds were uncomfortable, in one there was a stain and in another a cigarette burn and an armchair all stained. There is a lot of noise from upper rooms and from the corridor where guests enter. Between the noise of the drainage, footsteps, furniture and voices it is very difficult to fall asleep. In the bathroom the water came out with dirt and the shower with rust and there is no hot water.
The truth is, for the price of more than 1000 pesos that they charge, it is better to look for another option.
