Hotel Casa Del Agua - 29050 Tuxtla Gutiérrez

Me gusto mucho este hotel es pequeño y se siento como si fuera una casa de un familiar todos son muy amables, y corteses tienen una perrita muy bonita que se llama Maya y es muy juguetona con los huéspedes. Incluso nosotros contratamos al lado de l alberca para un evento y quedó muy bonito, nos permitieron decorar y mover todo lo que quisiéramos para que estuviéramos a gusto, la señora encargada se llama claudia y se porto muy bien con nosotros muy amable, recomiendo este hotel es muy tranquilo.

Casa del Agua es un hotel confortable. Tan me encanta que para cambiar la rutina y estar en un lugar agradable me he hospedado, y parece que entro a otro mundo (porque vivo en la misma ciudad). Es de los lugares que recomiendo para cuando mis conocidos reciben visitas y quieren garantizarles buena estadía, fuera del ajetreo citadino. Se puede hacer uso del refrigerador, de platos y vasos. La alberca se puede usar hasta las 9:00 pm, y a las 10:00 pm ya no puedes estar platicando ni escuchando música en área de alberca.

Reservamos por DOS noches y la razón fue la alberca, ya que nuestro hijo ama el agua, para nuestra mala suerte durante los dos dias NO pudimos usar la alberca aunque se nos habia dicho que al dia siguiente estaria disponible/ nos sentimos engañados. Tratraron de compensar con un desayuno lo cuál me parecio amable, pero pues no fue lo deseado. Cómo familia me parecen las habitaciones pequeñas y para homeoffice (Facetime)la velocidad del Internet no es la mejor. Las toallas están duras por ello solo DOS estrellas. Puntos buenos. El Café es bueno, El desayuno también está bien. Los acabados me parecen bien hecho y en general es un lugar bonito. Lo unico decepcionante fue el solo haber podido usar el alberca horas antes de dejar el lugar. Deberian avisar al momento de la reservación que no estará disponible y asi evitar jugar con los planes de los huespedes. Recomendación: antes de llegar pregunten si la alberca está en servicio :(

L'hôtel de la Casa del Agua est un vrai havre de paix familial. L'ambiance hacienda et la gentillesse de la famille d'Elisabeth et son équipe nous ont charmé. Les chambres avec lits double sont très confortables, et le côté bar avec son frigo à disposition et les petits déjeuners et déjeuners dispos sur place sont très appréciables et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est super propre.

Si vous avez un hôtel où dormir à Tuxla c'est bien celui-là. Le personnel est très gentil et même au-delà. La propriétaire est formidable. Vous bénéficiez d'un café et de toasts gratuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Vous êtes dans une hacienda avec la piscine au milieu. Le quartier est à deux pas d'une rue commerçante. Bref tout est fait pour passer un séjour inoubliable!!!!

Very friendly owners

A friend who stayed here with his dog recommended Casa del Agua. So grateful he did. The hospitality was exceptional, everything worked in the room, the breakfasts were exactly what I wanted with no disappointments. The pool is clean and cool. The place has evening parrots that arrive around 6pm which I very much enjoyed watching. There is an outside bar to drink and relax by the pool with great evening ambiance as well. The owner Elizabeth went above and beyond for us helping any way she could with taxis and food and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this slice of heaven to any traveler passing through, over the big name hotels. Also, the wifi is good. Something I always look for. We will be back.

This most picturesque hotel right off the Pan Am highway is so excellent. The owner, Elizabeth, and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have a very nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Parking is secure within their lot. A swimming pool adds another pleasant feature. Excellent dining restaurants are within a few blocks. Just couldn't be better!
