J	Joceline Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó el Hotel, es pet friendly. Yo lleve a mi mascota y no hubo problema alguno. Todo está muy limpio, el personal es muy amable. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento pero te facilitan bastante donde dejar tu automóvil. No es opción el que está enfrente del hotel ya que son muy estrictos con el horario y lo cierran a las 9 p.m. Sugeriría que hicieran un convenio para facilitar todo. Y como observación podrían poner indicadores de cuál es la llave de agua caliente y cuál es la de la fría ya que en la habitación donde pernocte (la número 10) estaban al revés y nadie me lo explico en recepción hasta que bajé por que además tardó un poco en salir el agua caliente. Sin embargo disfrute mucho la estancia, es hermoso el Hotel y sin duda lo recomiendo. I loved the Hotel, it's pet friendly. I took my pet and there was no problem. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that it does not have a parking lot but they make it easy for you to leave your car. It is not an option that is in front of the hotel since they are very strict with the schedule and they close it at 9 p.m. I would suggest that they make an agreement to facilitate everything. And as an observation could put indicators of what is the hot tap and what is the cold because in the room where the night (the number 10) were upside down and nobody explained it to me at reception until I went down because it also took A little in leaving the hot water. However, enjoy the stay a lot, the Hotel is beautiful and I definitely recommend it.

Quando cheguei ao quarto, não havia fronhas para os travesseiros...tive de solicitar. Cobertores pouco potentes pra o frio que fazia. Banho e toalhas bons. I liked the location. Staff did not help with the suitcase and there were lots of stairs to climb. When I got to the room, there were no pillowcases for the pillows ... I had to ask. Blankets not too powerful for the cold. Bath and towels good.

Huele a cigarro el lugar por qué el mismo personal fuma. No volvería a este lugar, ni lo recomiendo. Horrible place, just looking for a place to spend the night, but you can't rest. 1. You hear everything 2.The staff is not at all helpful! 3. The place smells like cigarettes because the same staff smoke. I would not return to this place, nor do I recommend it.

Mucho ruido del bar vecino hasta las 3 am y de los mismos empleados del hotel (pidan las habitaciones del fondo!). Desafortunadamente carece de estacionamiento propio y condicionan la entrada y salida de una pension para autos que se ubica a dos calles de ahi (o hay que buscar estacionamiento por cuenta propia). Es mejor buscar otras opciones de hospedaje. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Accommodation prices do not correspond to those published on the internet. Much noise from the neighboring bar until 3 am and from the hotel employees themselves (ask for the rooms in the back!). Unfortunately it lacks its own parking lot and conditions the entry and exit of a pension for cars that is located two streets away (or you have to look for parking on your own). It is better to look for other lodging options.
