★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was overbooked, and they didn't honored or reservation. They "kindly" switched us to another hotel called "Campanario" which was the worst trash dump in the city. Obviously we didn't stayed there and found a great hotel by ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 20 minutes. Did not have the room I paid for and booked. False representation. No AC. No screens. No fans. No refrigerator. No ice. Bathroom funk.
Stained sheets. Hair on the beds. Can you say Scam?? Confronted and got sheepish looks and shrugging shoulders. No water pressure. Pretty, don’t be fooled. Skanky carpets.
RUN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cozy hotel. It is not fancy, so if you are looking for luxury, this may not be your first choice. However it is super warm, beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and relaxing. Like grandma's old house. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the area around the hotel is green and nice to hang out in. Its very centric and easy to walk everywhere from its location. I'm definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this place through Booking.com. The place is PERMANENTLY CLOSED and it is showing up everywhere as available. BE CAREFUL! When I arrived with my whole family to this place at the beginning of this year 2021, we found a lot of garbage at the main entrance and no one was answering at the doors. We got a refund from booking, but a lot of people is losing their reservations and money. The place is abandoned and no one is responding for this fraud on their website. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!
