★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place with nice amenities, checking in can be hectic on high season, the ladies at front desk were a little distracted, the bell boy was really helpful and spot on helping us take our luggage and belongings and showing us the room before so we could have a quiet room, facilities are clean, but the bathroom downstairs doesn't have toilet paper, might be because people takes it or misplace it, nice swimming pools and palapas...
Tecolutla is an old nice fishing town and is reflected on its buildings character.... we visited Tecolutla for the first time about 50 years ago when it was just a little place, now is grown to a tourist attraction...Hotel Casa del Mar is a great option with great prices, good service and amenities in a place that is very competitive nowadays..
We recommend this place and hope they take care of the little details that can make it a top option for staying..

Place was clean , workers really nice and hard working. .The owner very friendly person..anyway the front desk needs to be improved immediately. .that lady was so rude..never smiled. Customer service in front desk was awful. . The coffee table on morning needs to be checked. .old food on table needs to be checked. .people can get poison. I try to bring in this lady attention but seemed like she doesn't knows English. .how a person can work at front desk in a hotel and doesn't talk english??? So I cleaned the table by myself and I through things in garbage myself. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good over all, clean and the staff is friend and always willing to help, on the other side the hotel itself has no restaurant only a little bar next to the beach so you will be unable to take proper breakfast until 9am when the local stores and restaurants open, taking that away I will say this is the best hotel on the whole town. Looking forward to go back soon
