El hotel es muy sencillo y no se responsabilizan por los objetos dejados en la habitación (no te ofrecen alguna opción de resguardo). Las sábanas y toallas no las cambiaron a pesar de que tiene el letrero que dice lo hacen cada 2 días (estuvimos ). La relación precio - hotel va de la mano. El estacionamiento lejano pero seguro. With a very good and picturesque location. The owner is very kind. The hotel is very simple and they are not responsible for the objects left in the room (they do not offer you any security option). The sheets and towels were not changed even though it has the sign that says they do it every 2 days (we were). The price - hotel ratio goes hand in hand. Far but safe parking.
I	Ise Iglesias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones muy limpias, me gustó mucho la decoración, el personal es muy atento, durante mi estancia se portaron muy amables. No les doy 5 estrellas, ya que se filtra mucho el ruido, de las otras habitaciones, y el punto que no me gustó, esque el estacionamiento no se encuentra en el hotel, hay que caminar calle y media y avisar antes, sino nadie abre el estacionamiento. Solo hay que tener en cuanta ese punto. The rooms are very clean, I really liked the decoration, the staff is very attentive, during my stay they were very friendly. I do not give them 5 stars, since the noise is filtered a lot, from the other rooms, and the point that I did not like, is that the parking lot is not at the hotel, you have to walk a street and a half and notify before, otherwise nobody opens the parking lot. You just have to take that point into account.

El personal es muy amable, fueron personas muy atentas. Nos quedamos con toda la familia -dos habitaciones dobles y una sencilla-, y todes nos sentimos muy bien. It is a small hotel but with all the comforts of a large one. Great location, warm, clean with a beautiful patio. The staff is very friendly, they were very attentive people. We stayed with the whole family -two double rooms and one single-, and we all felt very well.

G	George Segura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I decided to visit Chiapas and we decided to stay in San Cristobal de las Casa. We looked around for hotels and found Hotel Casa del Sol. I decided to reserve and for one reason or another I couldn’t. So Patricia the amazing women in charge contacted with me through WhatsApp. We worked out the reservation and we were set. She was patient and very helpful. The moment we walked in to the hotel we were greeted with smiling faces! It’s a small hotel but it’s very warming. The rooms were very clean, wifi, cold and hot water, towels smelt very nice. Smart TV, extra blankets, good coffee, and a nice view from the balcony. We were there 5 nights and every time we returned to the hotel it was clean with clean towels. It’s close to the plaza and there are many restaurants around the area. There is also a small convenience store right next door and a pharmacy close by. My husband had to stay a couple more nights and she worked with us by him not having to switch rooms. Great place and I recommend this hotel.
