Positive: Excellent location and beautiful rooms and common areas. Negative: Noisy when other guests arrived.

The hotel is shady. It has some nice showers but that’s it. There is not enough ventilation and the internet doesn’t work on the upper side. The beds are ver hard and the rooms can get very cold. Also if you book online the hotel would charge you in cash once you get there and with some extra fees that don’t show on your total. Bad experience, really bad sleep and over all a bad decision of my part.

Positive: The hotel is brand new and used to be a colonial house that has been renovated. They are still working on the restaurant and the elevator at this time, so they are not functioning but there are many rooms on the bottom floor and lots of restaurants close by that you should try anyway as the food is fantastic in Zacatecas. The hotel is gorgeous and everything works well. WiFi, hot showers, safe in the room, working desk with lamp, king size beds in some rooms and two beds in others. Free coffee and hot water in the morning. There are two parking spots in front of the hotel that you can use and the area is very safe. They have a nightwatchman on duty and the hotel manager was sleeping in one of the rooms at the hotel at the time of this writing so he is always on hand. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, nice ambient lighting with the lamps. Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Negative: The Wifi was a bit slow at times and disconnected a few times on its own, but other than that, there is nothing negative to say about this place. It is a gem! I will definitely return on my next trip to Zacatecas..

Highly recommended.... As soon as you walk all the way in you will find it as a great place to stay. Very nice open space interiors with a great design. Rooms are very clean and everyone is very friendly and attentive. Close walking distance to any place downtown.
