Hotel Casa Finlandia - 44630 Guadalajara

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y se siente como si estuvieras en casa, además de que tiene un patio muy bonito para relajarte. La zona tiene una buena ubicación ya que es muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y te hace sentir en casa. Recientemente fui con mis amigas y nos encantó que todo está cerca del hotel, las instalaciones están perfectas para subir fotos a instagram. Recomiendo 100%, es una experiencia inolvidable

El lugar es bonito, pero quién lo atiende es déspota, maleducado y por no decir más cosas es muy desagradable. Hace poco a una amiga que fue a un concierto no le respeto su habitación, ni los horarios. Ella era de lejos así que llegó en la madrugada y le dijeron que no había problema y al llegar no solo se mostró grosero, si no que hasta la corrió y le canceló su reservación. La dejo sola en un lugar desconocido en la madrugada. Realmente desagradable.

We had a horrible experience. I was staying in the room with my mother and the owner was rude the whole time and stressed out my mother. We rented the whole hotel for a wedding and paid a good amount. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. He threatened to kick us up at 2 in the morning because we had left some small gifts in the living room.

Below poor! Owner/host was rude, controlling! Not only to guests but, also to the staff working there. Staff seemed intimidated by him. He controls what time you can come in and what time you can leave the place. You will not be free to come and go as you wish. It’s more like a jail house! Rooms are tiny, no ventilation what so ever. Unable to relax, he’s there the whole time watching your every room. Very close to turning him in to the authorities for holding us hostage.

The owner manager was the worst. Extremely rude and hard to deal with. Not a good person at all. Waste of money. You feel as if you have someone watching your shoulder the entire time. Just pay the difference of somewhere nicer. Rooms don’t have proper ventilation, stuffy and hot rooms with no AC, noisy fan, and super hard beds. Both my the towels in my room were wet upon arrival and had minor stains as if they were still there for the previous occupant. Asked for a change of towels, and manager made a smart a** remark as if I was lying. Also, your sensitive items (money, password, ids) are not safe. Even if you lock the door, windows are super easy to open and the owner constantly goes into your room as he wants. Got the feeling someone was going through my personal info as I found things in different places. Got to the point we’re I started to Count what I had every night to ensure no one was taking money. Once again, DO NOT STAY HERE, WORST PLACE IN ALL OF GUADALAJARA!!!!!

I stayed in: HABITACIÓN DE LUJO DOBLE I was surprised of how nice and comfortable is Casa Finlandia. - Room (HABITACIÓN DE LUJO DOBLE). Great room, clean and nice. A lot of space. Wifi works ok. I received my keys and was able to come in and out at any time. They do Room service (cleaning service ) perfect. Management attention was great. Overall, great experience. Very recommended.
