★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very rare occasion indeed when you arrive at a hotel and have that familiar comfortable feeling of being at home. It’s difficult to explain all of the little details that combined create this déjà vu kind of feeling that even though you’re away from home this is like a home away from home. Our room (116) was not perfect but just right for all our needs.Breakfast was always interesting with the shared tables. And live entertainment of our very dear waiter. Location was excellent. This place was recommended to us by a close friend and I would highly recommend it to anyone else that wants to get a view of real Mexico in the big city. We enjoyed their hospitality for 5 nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy check-in with multi-lingual and very accommodating staff. Adequate, clean and comfortable room with a smallish but clean toilet room with soap and shampoo provided.
The service level here is extraordinary, gracious and rather charming. You feel pampered.
Modern hotels are boring, this one gives you a peek into classic upper middle class life in Mexico. It's a place for the cognoscenti. Enjoy it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this charming hotel after one week at Centro. The Casa is tranquil with spacious lush gardens and bright soothing colors. My room was immaculate and bright. The bed was comfortable and I was supplied with plenty of pillows...just the way I like it! I had no issues with hot water and the shower flow was sufficient. I enjoyed spending time on my balcony which is protected from the rain. Last, but not least, the hotel staff were kind and professional. Thank you!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights at Casa Gonzalez, where we enjoyed a lot our stay. The location is perfect, we could park the car inside the property, the room so as the common areas were perfectly clean and stuff extremely kind and helpful. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enchanting...amazing experience. The property is situated in a bustling part of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and green spaces. Behind a imposing black gate, the hotel grounds are clean, lush, and charming. I loved how prestine everything was, and it felt authentic--you knew you were not staying in a big box international hotel chain. This felt real, like living in an apartment in CDMX. Room was very spacious, and the bathroom was even bigger. Loved the balcony that was tucked away and private but exposed enough that I could people watch the diners across the street. I would definitely stay here again. I've already recommended this property to several of my friends.
