M	Maria Felix Sotelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que esta bonito, solo lo que no me agrado es q el aire acondicionado tiene horario de 7 a 10 de la mañana, y no tuvimos agua caliente, digo hace calor en veracruz pero en mi caso tengo una bb de meses y un niño de 2 años. I think it's nice, the only thing I don't like is that the air conditioning works from 7 to 10 in the morning, and we didn't have hot water, I mean it's hot in Veracruz but in my case I have a month-old baby and a 2 years.

Buena ubicación, si quieres ir en fechas vacacionales por lo regular se llena al 100% así que has reservación con antelación, de lo contrario una buena opción para alojamiento o balneario. El restaurante está bien, tiene sólo lo esencial, frente al hotel hay un modelorama que ayuda a comprar productos de primera necesidad ya que el hotel no cuenta con ello, o si bien, ir hasta casitas al OXXO. Recomiendo visitar el hotel, en general muy bien, vale la experiencia. It is a very nice accommodation, the rooms are very comfortable and well located, the attention is very nice. The restaurant is fine, it has only the essentials, in front of the hotel there is a Modelorama that helps to buy essential products since the hotel does not have them, or even go to OXXO houses. G	Georgina Cuevas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es excelente, tiene muy buena vista al mar, muy padre para acampar y lindos jardínes, realmente me gusta mucho, aunque siempre hay un pero y a mi parecer el costo de la habitación es muy elevado, se va la luz y lógico te quedas sin el aire acondicionado, sin agua para los baños y regaderas, algunas veces los baños llegan a estar sucios, el ruido de su planta de luz es insoportable y más que me tocó acampar exactamente a lado. Muy padre pues es pet friendly, aunque deberían de poner algunas reglas para las personas que llevan a sus mascotas, pues no levantan las popos y es muy desagradable pisarlas porque no las ves en la noche, podrían tener 5 ? pero hay mucho que mejorar... Pero seguiremos visitándolos! La zona de camping, muy bien ubicada (aunque nos tocó un "surada"), puedes instalar tu casa de campaña sin problemas de espacio o de colindancias con tus vecinos. Además, limpian tu espacio y tu palapa 2 veces al día. La alberca muy cuidada y limpia, los baños y regaderas están remodelados y cómodos. La zona de habitaciones me gustó mucho. Son todas nuevas y la decoración es muy actual. Para mi gusto, sólo falta iluminación en la zona del ropero, pero lo demás está muy bien, los colchones y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Si vas con tu familia o amigos, seguramente te la pasarás tan agusto como Un Servidor y su familia, PERROS imcluidos. La cocina del restaurante tiene buen sabor y sazón, las porciones son suficientes. En general, vacaciones muy agradables, descansadas e inolvidables. MUY RECOMENDABLE para hospedaje tradicional y para camping. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones deja mucho que decir. Mucho ruido y para completar me mordió un perro de los que llevan más personas que asistieron... No fue muy agradable en la estancia en el lugar. No hay muchos lugares donde comer cerca al hotel. Si bien el personal no es muy atento son bastante serviciales cuando se les solicita algo. El jardín es amplio y está bien cuidado igual que las albercas. La zona de la playa es muy tranquila. A unos quince minutos caminando por la playa llegas a un poblado donde hay opciones de comida y abarrotes. El poblado de casitas está a unos 10 minutos en auto con más opciones de comida o cualquier menester. The place is excellent except for some details that can be improved, for example in our room the water in the shower took a while to go away because it was covered. Although the staff is not very attentive, they are quite helpful when something is requested. The garden is spacious and well cared for, as are the pools. The beach area is very quiet. About fifteen minutes walking along the beach you arrive at a town where there are food and grocery options. The town of casitas is about 10 minutes by car with more food options or any need.
