B	BLACKRRADAS TAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para ir en pareja, la atención del personal muy buena todos muy amables y atentos, la alberca es muy buena y limpia, las instalaciones me parecieron muy buenas, las habitaciones son grandes, un lugar muy pintoresco y romántico para una escapada de fin de semana, el colchón muy cómodo, sin duda un lugar que vale la pena repetir. Excellent place to go as a couple, the attention of the very good staff all very kind and attentive, the pool is very good and clean, the facilities seemed very good, the rooms are large, a very picturesque and romantic place for a weekend getaway of the week, the mattress very comfortable, certainly a place worth repeating.

Un lugar hermosamente retro de la época dorada de Acapulco en donde todavía se respira el glamour de aquellos años maravillosos y a un precio razonable. Los servicios buenos pero como está a 3 minutos de la Costera puede uno elegir muchas opciones para desayunar, comer o cenar. La seguridad excelente, seguramente regresaré con familia y amigos. Me encantó poderme estacionar a 10 metros de mi habitación y con seguridad dentro del hotel. Wonderful place to really kick back and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the expensive and super crowded hotels in Punta Diamante. A beautifully retro place from the golden age of Acapulco where you can still breathe the glamor of those wonderful years and at a reasonable price. Good services but as it is 3 minutes from the Costera, one can choose many options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Excellent security, I will surely return with family and friends. I loved being able to park 10 meters from my room and safely inside the hotel.
J	Jessica Altamirano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, muy muy mal , no nos respetaron la reservación, el personal súper déspota, las habitaciones sucias , todo radico en el servicio porque las instalaciones de casa Lisa muy bien aunque realmente no nos sentíamos cómodos por la actitud y el servicio .podría hacer una lista enorme de todo lo que nos hicieron , sin embargo se resume en una experiencia desagradable y nada recomendable. NADA NADA RECOMENDABLE . Bad, very very bad, we did not respect the reservation, the super despotic staff, the dirty rooms, everything lies in the service because the facilities of Casa Lisa very well although we really did not feel comfortable for the attitude and the service. Huge list of everything they did to us, however it is summed up in an unpleasant experience and nothing recommendable. NOTHING RECOMMENDED NOTHING.

Está genial la privacidad que ofrece y además es muy seguro ya que se encuentra dentro de un fraccionamiento. We were delighted with our stay, the rooms and common spaces are also very nice and clean. The privacy it offers is great and it is also very safe since it is located within a subdivision.
