★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the centre of city, very clean room with nice amenities. Coffee, tea and some bread provided at the lounge in the morning. Staffs were very friendly through out my four nights' stay. Laundry located next door. Three tour buses picked me as their first or second guest. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel and friendly staff. Was on ground floor next to the stairs, so it was kind of loud. Plus guests were not very considerate of noise at night but that's not the hotel's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly friendly staff, warm and cozy rooms with modern amenities and private washrooms. Very reasonable price. Safe. Centrally located. Free guest parking is located in a secure private parking lot a few blocks away. Filtered water (and hot water) available at no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are celebrating our 33 anniversary, stayed here 3 nights, the staff was very courteous and attentive. They have hot water. The hotel is very close to downtown. The restsurant was great they offer healthy alternatives. We will be coming back.
