habitaciones no son como las imagenes no habia agua en la madrugada no tienen televicion entra mucha luz y el baño esta con una puerta que no servia todo abierto y no tiene elevador fue un rollo subir las maletas al 3er piso
Very bad experience
rooms are not like the pictures there was no water at dawn they do not have television a lot of light enters and the bathroom has a door that did not serve everything open and it does not have an elevator it was a pain to carry the suitcases to the 3rd floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this through AirBnB. The staff here is quite kind and the common areas are nice. However the room is lacking basic features that should have been noted. It has a shared raised roof, which means there's no protection from mosquitoes. You can also hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing and they can hear you - typing, whispering, using the toilet. The toilet is also in the room - there isn't a separate bathroom. And since water randomly shuts off, this means your bedroom might have a used, unflushed toilet in it. The door to a shared balcony didn't lock, making it impossible to secure our things. It is also next to noisy bars that you can hear until the early hours of the morning. At least they issued a refund when we checked out early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to appreciate the setting of old San Pancho and understand that it’s not a 4-star hotel experience you are going for in this wonderful little beach puebla. And Hotel Casa Palomera fits right in for an authentic experience. No frills, beach casa style. No elevators, no TV in the room. That’s OK! It was a great value, a walk to the beach and all of the restaurants. The staff were so helpful with taxis. Loud some nights and mornings with all the street noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! No hot water (?!?!?), filthy floors, hard beds, AC poured water onto the floor if turned on so we couldn’t use it at all. We had to leave for emergency and they said they’d refund half the nights but they didn’t. The place is beautiful and if they’d spend some of the money they’re making in improvements I’d give it 5 stars. It’s the same price to stay at a Hilton in San Diego.
