En nuestra estancia nos entregaron una habitación con chinches en las sábana. Hice la reservación por Booking, se pagó con tarjeta de crédito en el lugar, nos instalamos y a media noche a mi señora le empezó una comezón bárbara y con varias erupciones en la piel. Se les notificó a la encargada y muy amablemente nos cambió las sábanas y almohadas, que ya tenían resto de gotitas de sangre por las chinches. Lo que me molestó, fue que hicieron la cancelación de la plataforma Booking para no poder yo hacer comentario alguno del incidente. Very central hotel almost in front of the best cafe in the city of Guanajuato "El conquistador". During our stay we were given a room with bed bugs in the sheets. I made the reservation through Booking, paid with a credit card on the spot, we settled in and at midnight my wife began to have a barbaric itch and several skin rashes. The manager was notified and very kindly changed our sheets and pillows, which already had traces of blood droplets from bedbugs. What bothered me was that they canceled the Booking platform so that I could not comment on the incident.

Hice una reservación con Booking para mí tía y cuando llegó le cobraron de más, el recibo dice otra razón social y ahora dicen que mi tia no se hospedó en este hotel!!! A mi me cancelaron la reservación de booking y no puedo dar mi opinión por eso. Ahora me dicen La habitación tenía humedad y mal olor, Mucho ruido en la recámara pues hay un bar muy cerca! Y el estacionamiento muy lejano y eso no lo dicen. No lo recomendamos!!! A cheat hotel that cheats people. I made a reservation with Booking for my aunt and when she arrived they overcharged her, the receipt says another business name and now they say that my aunt did not stay at this hotel!!! My booking reservation was canceled and I cannot give my opinion because of that. Now they tell me The room had humidity and a bad smell, A lot of noise in the bedroom because there is a bar very close! And the parking lot is very far away and they don't say that. S	Scarlette Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la llegada no mencionaron que el estacionamiento se encontraba apartado del hotel, el encargado del estacionamiento quería cobrar $200 por cada día y fue un problema arreglarlo. El recepcionista muy descortés y en el cuarto no hay papel ni toallas que he tenido que pedir hasta el momento ya dos veces. El baño huele muchísimo a cañería lo cual inunda todo el cuarto del mismo olor. No tiene más que tres canales de tv y la verdad no me gusto para nada en servicio definitivamente no volvería venir. Siempre me hospedo en el castillo pero esta vez quise ser más práctica por razones de que está en el centro lo cual de verdad fue un error. No recomiendo para nada este lugar. The bathroom smells a lot like plumbing which floods the whole room with the same smell. It does not have more than three TV channels and the truth is I did not like it at all in service, I would definitely not come again. I always stay at the castle but this time I wanted to be more practical for reasons that it is in the center which was really a mistake. I do not recommend this place at all.

La habitación supongo que era el tamaño "justo" por el sitio y el precio, sin embargo hasta en los moteles hay agua caliente, papel y jabon. Aunque el trato en persona fue muy amable si cobraron más de la tarifa de booking y eso que ni el cambio nos devolvió. Two because location is not everything in the hotel world. I suppose the room was the "right" size for the location and the price, however even in motels there is hot water, paper and soap. Although the treatment in person was very kind if they charged more than the booking fee and that they did not even return the change.
G	Ge alto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta perfectamente ubicado, muy cerca de lugares para comer, bancos, farmacias, tiendas y a solo una calle de la avenida principal. La habitación estaba espaciosa con camas muy cómodas, un baño muy grande con agua caliente todo el tiempo, tiene contratado un estacionamiento previa reserva y esta un poco retirado pero es una manera de inmersión en Guanajuato mientras caminas por la calle principales de regreso al hotel. Lo único que no me gusto es que solo reciben pago en efectivo por la habitación. It is perfectly located, very close to places to eat, banks, pharmacies, shops and just one block from the main avenue. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds, a very large bathroom with hot water all the time, it has a reserved parking lot and it is a bit remote but it is a way to immerse yourself in Guanajuato while you walk along the main street back to the hotel. The only thing that I did not like is that they only receive cash payment for the room.
